Don't waste your money. Anywhere else will be better I promise. Very unprofessional & lazy, like a teenager running the place with their friends as staff. Booked couples massage/pedicure for our anniversary. Definitely not worth the $$. Massage rooms are just offices brightly lit & not private at all, random people walked in on us during our massage. Didn't take all my wifes old polish off her toes before putting on new polish. No hot towels. No one is any kind of work attire. Walls have contact paper and wall paper that is literally falling off the walls. Carpet is dirty. Massage tables are very poor covered with mismatch blankets from someone's child's bed. There were dirty linens from previous massages rolled up in the room. Not relaxing. Linoleum floor covering in not layed properly and is wrinkled and not completely attached to the floor creating a major tripping hazard. No one is experienced or educated in massage/pedicure or running a successful business. It didn't seem like they cared about the customer experience. Broken blinds. Holes in the walls. Felt like I was getting my taxes done in a condemned office building that about to be raided by the feds. Please don't be disappointed by going there.

These are professionals , and understand it's a business. Be aware that though life may happen, this is a business first. They will charge you a 50% cost of service fee if you have to cancel the day of the event regardless of cause. Good, bad, or impartial that business policy isn't one that favors customers that are traveling in.

I wish I could give 2 reviews. Hannah has done 3 massages and 3 facials for me and she is beyond phenomenal. 5 stars for Hannah. On March 16 I got a massage , facial and a “beach wave” perm. This beach wave perm completely fried my hair. I cried so much. I’ve had so much stuff done to my hair and never has this happened to me. It’s now April 7 and my hair not only STILLsmells like perm but I had to have 3 inches of dead, broken hair cut off this morning. To say this is the worst hair experience I’ve ever had is an understatement. I will continue to see Hannah for my massages but won’t be getting any hair done here again I’m afraid to say.

Karen is awesome. She isn’t afraid to tell me what my hair or nails need or don’t need to keep them healthy. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on my nails and hair and have been going to see her for years.

Mary's hands are absolutely blessed. I fell asleep during our session and woke up feeling like a noodle. Girls up front are nice and funny. Will be back soon

ZERO STARS- this place is an absolute joke! They should not be allowed to call themselves a "spa". Nothing about our experience at this place was relaxing. We walk into the building which is very professional looking and the label to address the "spa" is made out of cut out paper. We got the package with a massage, manicure & pedicure. We walk in this long white hallway that felt like a mental hospital or something. We finally find the office & there are four ladies sitting there, they take us to this room that was almost relaxing but then you realize the mirror is a two-way mirror. Which we should left after we seen that, but we didn't because we were thinking it'll get better hopefully. This place has no decorations, white walls, and the flooring looks like a 5-year-old put it down in the mani pedi room. I'm usually not one to leave a bad review but I really just don't want anyone else to have to get ripped off by this experience.

My friend and I had a girl’s spa day and we had such a great time at Serendipity Spa! We did one of their spa packages and got a massage, microdermabrasion facial, and pedicure and it was only $115. Such a great deal! Meri is a great massage therapist. She really focused in on fixing the tension in my body and was great to talk with. Haley provided a wonderful facial complete with a cranial massage. It was super relating and my face felt great. Tiffani had such great attention to detail in smoothing out my feet and polishing my toes nails for my pedicure. All the staff was wonderful and truly one of the best spa experiences I have had in a long time. I will be back. Thank you for a great spa day.

My mom and me went this morning and got massages. It was really good ! We enjoyed it so much. This was my first ever massage,The girls were very easy to talk to and really done an amazing job ! We will definitely be going back ! Great atmosphere! You just feel a good vibe as soon as you go in !

Decided to give this place a chance since I was given a gift certificate for them. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Like literally scheduled 2 services. Brazillian which I have had before and sure the tech was sweet but umm seriously I AM STILL COVERED IN HAIR. Like do you not know what your doing? Can you seriously not see that there are literally spots you didn't touch. Go for the 2nd service a pedicure and it is the same tech. Got a spa pedicure...Water is cold, massage chair basically doesn't work. She did a decent job on my feet they are alteast not lumpy or smudged. But honestly where is the spa in the experience. Like nothing in the foot soak, she did use lotion on my legs, but no foot massage or anything. How is this worth $40?!? Will not ever be going back. Honestly now that I have had a chance to examine just how bad the wax was I want a full refund or the manager to fix it for free.

Not only do I get GREAT haircuts and pedicures here, now they have dandy FOOD!! "The Beanie Weenie" food truck sits in the parking lot of Serendipity Tuesday thru Saturday 10:30am to 6:30pm offering tasty gourmet coffees and hot dogs!!!
