Ask for a spiral perm and she fried my hair. She didn't condition it after the perm left me under the dryer to long it burned my scalp. Most un professional place I've every been. She literally ruined my hair. Said I could come back an let her cut it. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. She would be Gr8t if you want a perm that makes you look like an old lady. Doesn't know how to perm long hair.

Despite the Covid madness, Julie was able to get me in within a day of requesting an appointment for a color, deep conditioning treatment, trim, and style. She’s absolutely amazing and I’m so glad because just moving back from TN, I needed a new stylist

Denise at Salon 209 is like an angel sent from heaven! Earlier today, I was at a different salon in town and had the worst haircut of my life, but Denise came in after hours and salvaged it for me! Not only did she salvage my hair, she made it beautiful again. I am so grateful for her. She was kind, compassionate, and understanding of my hair emergency. I highly recommend her to anyone. I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could! Go to Salon 209!

Went in for platinum blond hair Julie said she could do it. Color was still red and just a few shades lighter then what I had already. She said to come back Monday and she would fix it. She then called on tuesday to tell me she could only put a toner in it which would make it darker. I asked her to again lighten it to platinum blond what I payed her for and she said she was scared to do it. But she didnt say that when she took my money, She said she could do it. She should have told me she didnt know how to do it. So after that I had to go to another salon and pay some one again to do her job. So basically she took my money.
