My wife and I needed to get her ring repaired, but we were new to the area. So we read the reviews of this particular REEDS Jewelers and everyone raved about wonderful the service was. So we trusted the reviews and we came and dropped off her ring. Oh my gosh, Ms. Souha Hasino is such a wonderful lady. Not only did she get our ring repaired, but she was able order the matching ear-rings!! Those matching ear-rings are very hard to find. She is so helpful and very knowledgable, she gave us all the information we needed to make a good purchase decision. She even made a cup of coffee!!!! What more do we need?!!!!

I have been a Reeds customer for almost 17 years, but recently lost the diamond out of my engagement ring. I was worried when I came in, because I had insurance on it, but I was scared it wouldn't cover a lost diamond. I was delighted to find how easy the process was, and that they would 100% cover and replace the diamond in my ring! Souha and Theresa were wonderful and easy to work with! Very pleased with my experience. 10/10 recommend!

Theresa @the Charleston Town Center location was such a knowledgeable blessing to me upon my visiting the location from out of state. I will be visiting this location whenever I'm here on business.
