Keep this in mind if you do any business with Pauley Motor: if they need a part for your vehicle, they will order it through DoorDash, not tip anything at all, and have someone that is working a job and trying to make a living drive ten miles from Advanced Auto Parts, costing that person time, gas, and essentially making them pay money out of their own pocket to deliver the part.

I bought a vehicle from them and I live out of state. The sales staff was fine but the not the office staff. They had the title info tied up so long that my bank was asking where the title was and collected unnecessary fees towards registration. Office staff gave me the run around when I proved a refund was needed and couldn't keep their story straight. Would be very cautious with this group or just find your next vehicle at another location.

Tried to sell my friend a Silverado with multiple holes in the frame. Was out of alignment and the brakes were shot. The truck wouldn't even pass inspection. and the guy was rude when confronted and said he better get his girl under control because they posted it for sell after being returned with a bad frame and she posted pics of the frame on the post. .wouldnt recommend anybody to buy from here. If you do check it over really well or take it to a mechanic to look it over.

Tried to sell my buddie a 2009 Chevy Silverado the had a hole in the frame and it's out of alignment, the brakes were shot. The truck wouldn't even pass state inspection
