I'm really enjoying the classes at No Limit Fitness. Majeed and Amelia are great motivators. The are several class options to work with most everyone's schedule. Just started personal training, which is a big step for me. Love Amelia's positive attitude and belief that I can do it when I'm not so sure.

I started going to Majeed in June of 2010, with my friend Paula Potter. I had seen a change in her body and wanted to see what it was that she was always talking about. Needless to say, after about 2 weeks of pain and agony LOL, I was HOOKED! I took about a year off in 2015. I continued to go workout daily on my own and felt like I was doing a pretty good job, but I gained a few pounds and I just missed his workouts and my gym buddies. His workouts are second to none. Best total body workouts ever! And it's true, you never do the same workout twice! Some days I think I just can't do it today, but I go and afterwards feel so much better. So glad I went back and the new gym looks amazing!

I have been working out with Majeed for about 2.5 years now. I love his programming and the progress I've made in the gym. Always there to motivate me! I've never done the same workout twice and it's amazing the burn you can get in 30-45 minutes!
