Great gym. Great equipment. Great people. Relaxed atmosphere. I think the types of equipment for free weight lifting and reasonable dress code is a huge win. If you are serious about fitness its a great gym. Much prefer this membership to both planet fitness and anytime fitness, both in equipment and atmosphere.

The staff and facility are remarkable!!! The staff listened to my goals and are working with me to achieve them! They are giving me small steps to reach for, instead of trying to see the final results!

Overall we really like the place its right by a really nice tanning place and the people that work here are great and patient which I appreciate signing up was super easy. Super happy to find a gym close by.

Nice gym with great equipment and nice layout. Better yet, they have great staff and good customer service. I was in Charleston for one day on business and went to work out there. I left my jacket and didn't realize it until I was already home in Alabama. I called them and they are sending me my jacket. They didn't have to do that as it was my mistake. So I'm very grateful for their courtesy. I will of course reimburse them for the cost of shipping and their time. They gained a return customer the next time I'm in Charleston!

Great family pkg pricing. Only gym around that offers child care and AMT Precor (high calorie burn and low impact). Only addition that would make better would be tanning beds. 😊

Best gym I've ever been to. I've seen them constantly add more and more over the last few years, including a trap bar, more squat racks, and a safety squat bar. They have all kinds of aerobics classes available, and now there is a boxing class. The staff seems nice, as do fellow gym-goers. I couldn't imagine a better experience, and I've lifted in gyms in Morgantown, and Columbus, Ohio.
