We called to see if we could pick up our reserved Penske truck 15 hours early at the end of the day and we were more than pleased with our service agent!!!Roni is FANTASTIC!!! She was knowledgeable, had a great outlook on life, was pleasant, had the best personality and gave us the best service we have received in WV over the last six years! Seriously, if I had had more experiences with people in the Charleston WV area like her maybe we wouldn't have been so eager to leave.We were upgraded to the next size truck no additional charge because they didn't have a 22', she went over everything with us, walked out to the truck with us, wished us a safe trip and a happy new beginning.We spent 15 minutes max with her and felt like we've known her six moving here 6 yrs ago!!!Roni is a Jem and made our Penske rental pick up experience smooth, easy, and pleasant! On the Move Self Storage is more than lucky to have her!!!! Thank You again Roni!!!

We recently moved to Charleston from another state and needed to secure a storage unit before our furniture and household belongings were delivered as we were still looking for a house. We were fortunate to have found On The Move Self Storage. Quentin set us up with 2 units across from each other. On delivery day the movers arrived just before closing, which caused us a bit of stress. Quentin was very helpful in allowing us to unload after hours. Much appreciated. I highly recommend On The Move Self Storage.

This place has a lot of options for units. One month minimum. Climate controlled. Huge elevator. They have carts to help you take stuff to your unit. Great customer service!
