Cody, and Tyler were great to work with. Got everything done in an easy manner. They also stayed late since we had to travel some distance to get there. The support staff stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thanks for everything!

Added to original comment on 10:30 pm on 7/12/24- when the manager or whoever called me, he insisted that I let him explain the misunderstanding first before I explain what happened. He didn't asked me what happened. This is what he told me. The detailing crew got there around the same time we did, while we were out with the first car, it was just a coincidence that they started their day right then and moved only the sedans I was looking at, behind a gated area to be washed. Funny thing is, he told me they start at the top.of the row and go In order, but that can't be true because there was a handful of dirty cars still at the top of the row, and there was the sedans I wasn't interested in, I between the ones I was, all down the line. This was intentional and it's again, it's shameful. We were the only ones on that lot, if this "crew" was actually washing those cars, because they went back inside after they moved them, should have been instructed to start with anything but the sedans, since that was the ONLY thing I was looking at.
Funny thing is, the man who called me told me that if the cco or ceo or I'm not sure of his title got wind of this allegation, he wouldn't be happy and people would lose thier jobs, since apparently he's part of the LGBTG+ community. But the thing is, you can't change people's beliefs or views just because of who their boss is, and I know this first hand. Being gay or less and is more socially acceptable than being transgender.
Once again, the phone call for an apology, was not an apology, but instead he told me I was basically crazy. Once again, I do not recommend.
Originial comment-I would give 0 stars if i could. I do not recommend this used car dealership. The lack of professionalism blew my mind. Me and my fiancee went to look,test drive, and trade my vehicle in for a sedan. Got there, was greeted, handed over IDs after choosing the first car to drive. My fiancee is transgender, which you can not tell unless you look at his ID. When we got back from test driving the first car the staff had moved every sedan to the back gated area of the parking lot.
I was there to look at sedans.. I was told they were rearranging the parking lot, but I found it awfully hilarious that they moved only the cars I was looking at and then went back inside.
That was discrimination at its finest.

Be careful. Read every little thing they ask you to sign and ask questions. They love throwing GAP insurance in your contract with out asking. After reading reviews, I’m not the only one that’s had this issue.

Cody did an excellent job in listening to my likes and dislikes of the various vehicles I looked at. He recommended a different vehicle that wasn't even on my list to look at. Needless to say, he was right and his recommendation was perfect and is now my new vehicle.

Was going to trade iny 23 f150, they offerede 35000 on trade while I was parked right beside a truck just like mine that was on sale for 51,900. Do these people think we are stupid?
I really don't know what has happened to Moses, I've bought 4 trucks and 3 cars from them since 2015. After that experience, I won't be back.
