The rep was very rude wouldn't help me. Would not provide any information. He told me to go in store when I'm disabled without transportation. I had unlimited for $40 before and now he says it's $60. He didn't offer any information didn't seem interested in having me as a customer. Horrible service.

Stopped in for a upgrade today. Excellent service- knowledgeable- courteous-professional- The 2 sales reps deserve a raise. These days good customer service is hard to find. I am glad I chose this location.

The employees at this location were more than helpful. I stopped in for a routine visit to pay my bill, I paid with cash this month and Metro by T-Mobile requires you to stop in a store closest to your location to make a payment with cash. It was really simple and fast, so I took the opportunity while in the store to ask about discounts or possible ways to lower my bill. I walked in the store to pay my 40.00 a month bill, but when I left they qualified me for the ACP (Affordable Conectivity Program) now I only pay 10.00 a month.

Call call and call get answered just to be put on hold and wasn't informed of it. A lady and a young man did this to me in the same day and all I wanted to do is check up on the status of something.
