Was inside waiting forever after I ordered on the kiosk. There were at least six people from thr drive thru that came back inside with wrong or messed up orders within the 45 nineties I was waiting. They give me my food( cold) and a caramel frappe. I had ordered a strawberry milkshake also.. I asked the lady where it was because she had said my order was complete. Sha said I didn't order one so I showed her my receipt (I ordered one) then she proceeds to tell me that they have np milkshakes... I wept.so between the awful wait poor service and my patience being so great at these times. I said tha KS have a great day and walked out. So.. here's my review. I will not go there again.

This location was great! The service was quick and the clerk even said to have a good night. The food was fresh and hot, this McDonald's was a good one for sure.

I don't EAT here PERIOD. I went here to pick up some food for someone else's BIRTHDAY at their request as a surprise. Their ice cream machine was broken....the drive through was as slow as you can imagine, and the French fries smelled TERRIBLE!!!! I honestly don't know how anyone eats at this place!!!

Seems like I'm getting really bad sick when I eat at McDonald's anymore. Not a safe place to eat. Nor do they give you what you ordered. Went there three times before they gave me 6 fish sandwiches like I ordered.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but the drive thru is ridiculously slow! You can easily spend 30 minutes or more and then the food isnt fresh. I can’t help but wonder what’s going on inside. I’ve worked in fast food. It’s shouldn’t take that long to get cold food!

Worst experience ever, we were told to poll forward and wait for just a Mocha Frappe, after waiting 15 minutes, I nitoced other customers behind us were being served Mochas, I didn't know what was going on, waited 7 minutes again, then started hunking my horn and after a while someone came out bringing my drink and said that they forgot about me being out here!!. And also, during previous visits, I had similar bad experiences

I’ve gave this mc Ds too many chances, The last four visits I have been unable to use app to get points. The service is horrible every time. Food cold. My very last visit which was Day before Thanksgiving, waited 12 mins to have a manager void item. Even DoorDash vehicle that was behind me pulled off and left! Will never return to this one. Heck most all mc Donald’s in Charleston area the food & service been crappie over last 6-months.

The have a great staff but they're usually short handed so expect a longer wait than normal. They do they're best but some times it can take 5-10 minutes just to get your order taken at the counter inside. The drive thru is the fastest way to get your food.

Can someone please rescue night shift. When the older ladies ran night shift it was like a well oiled machine, except for the ice cream machine of course. Now they close for several hours, say the machine needs rebooted, don't have enough coverage to support a full menu. It's a Hot Mess Express. Someone save this train wreck!!!!

Is it literally just crack central at this location after 11 PM? I dealt with one representative who took my order, another that tried take my order again at the window, the individual from the menu selection again, and then even the manager at the first window, and second window. Just to get a quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup, and bacon. I don’t know how that could be THAT misconstrued… If I was the business owner, I’d wanna make a change before I lose out on potential income.
