I love going here since it is 3 mins away, and it has very good customer service, but I have been in cleaner gas stations.

First pump I tried, my card didn't go in as if there was a skimmer in it. Second pump, the keypad didn't work. The attendant wasn't helpful and had a bad attitude. If their pumps are this poorly maintained, you probably aren't getting a gallon of gas when you pay for a gallon.

Stopped here to get some gas before getting back on the highway and this place was clean and has great hospitality.

Stopped in to get gas on 3/9/18. Cashier looked around the store and decided it was okay to use the word "Jiggaboo" because everyone in the store was white. When I called to ask for a manager, she told me she was the manager, Rebecca. Don't support this business.

I visited Marathon on Greenbriar in Charleston, WV on 2/10/16 to fill up my rental car before heading to the airport. I was in a hurry and forgot to get my receipt so I called today and spoke with a Tanya. She was very nice and patient enough to take the time and find the receipt for me. She left it for her boss to fax to me tomorrow morning. As I was on hold while she took care of her customers I could hear just how friendly she was with everyone that came to the counter. It's not every day you find good customer service! Thanks Tanya! -Andy from Alabama
