Had my 2011 Altma in for a collision repair recently. It took a very long time to complete the job, they are just about completely indifferent to customers concerns. In my case my license plate somehow was missing and I had to drive an hour and make many calls to find. Be advised that was my experience.

My vehicle came out of the body shop in spectacular condition. The employees went out of their way to even take pictures and send them to me via email to show the repairs before I drove an hour to Charleston.
