Yesterday I had my hair colored, conditioned and cut. The color was excellent. My hair damaged by prior highlights was softened by the conditioning treatment but still feels somewhat dry and frizzy. I was disappointed by the cut even though I had told my stylist the cut was the most important part of my visit. Very little effort went into cutting my hair. I will be making an appointment elsewhere to get my hair cut. JCP salon prices are also higher than what I have paid previously for a cut and color (65 versus 95. Btw my total bill yesterday was 146 including one conditioning product plus tip). I won't return bc I have to go where I can get a good cut.

Had my hair done today by Zohie Lilly. She was awesome. My color was perfect. My cut was perfect. She was patient with me and a great beautician.
I’ve also had my hair cut by Sara before. She did a wonderful job as well. For color or highlights I always go here.

I walked in to this salon on a whim, on a day when I felt like I might die if I had to detangle my too-long hair one more time. The manager, Stephen, was able to roll with it and gave me immediate relief from my own dead ends. This being Charleston, it also turned out that we knew a bunch of people and salons in common. I gotta give both the salon and Stephen five stars for being quick, understanding and gracious.

Ive always had a pleasurable experience here. Many name brands like Levi. Love the items on discount. Great handbag department. Store is always clean..Sometimes hard to get help- no one around. Always a little warm but not enough to ruin my trip.

I & my family had our hair done at this salon a few day's ago & now I'd send all my friends and family here. (TONY) has been fabulous in suggesting great styles and colors for my hair. My daughter , Mother also had their hair's done here as well and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The manager has a terrific group of hairstylists that can do just about anything you want. (TONY) does amazing undercut designs and I highly recommend him!! The prices are great, they always have fantastic specials going on. I think this salon is one of the Charleston Town Centers best kept secret!! 5 STAR!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
