I've worked in 4 major dealerships and several other shops in this Valley over the last 10 years and I can say with all my experience that I trust JP Auto with my repairs every time over any of them. I drive a 1999 Toyota 4Runner and while it is in decent shape, it is old and has needed several repairs lately to replace old parts. You won't beat his prices anywhere and the quality of work is unmatched, and as professional as it gets. I trust them. I'll keep bringing that old truck to him until the wheels fall off but, he won't let that happen lol.

Took my old school 1973 Ford Thunderbird to have a leaking pinion seal replaced, after going to a number of garages that didn't know how. No fuss. No muss. A few hours later had my baby back.

DON'T TRUST THIS SHOP
Paid this guy $600 to replace a wheel bearing. Months later I get my tires replaced and I ask how my new wheel bearing looks. Guy tells me it's factory a factory part and has never been replaced.

Went in for an inspection sticker and got the usual excellent service. They said I would need brakes but didn't add them on before I needed them.

I went and got an inspection. Service was fast, friendly, and quick! They are very nice people who work here. They do get you in and out as fast as possible. If you happen to have your child/children they allow you to sit in the air conditioned office and gave them a piece of candy. All the way around a fantastic experience.

This is a tremendous place to take your car. My vehicle had a pressing issue, and needed to be serviced ASAP. JP’s got me in and out, when three others told me I’d have to make an appointment. They took care of everything in one business day. I truly commend them for their good work!

Price was great. They said they delayed shipment a couple extra days, but it still came in less than a week. Very satisfied.

I bought a bumper cover though Amazon I received it all folded up in a plastic I opened it up and it was cracked in a big spot where they folded the bumper. I don’t know if it was from shipping or not. But I’m supposed to pay for shipping to ship it back. I don’t feel it’s right that I have to pay for this. Plus I don’t know why they even want it back. I must say that Mr. Porterfield is very patient and kind. They repaired my BMW 535 iXdrive, the engine literally blew up, and they replaced the engine with a hitch. The warranty company as usual was being slow and fighting the claim. But John was steadfast and unmovable and got what we needed to successfully get the car back on the road. It was a 2 1/2 month process and JP auto knocked it out the park.
