H&R Block has been our tax preparer for years. This is 100% because of our experience with Lisa Austin. She's friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Preparing our taxes is inconvenient and stressful, but Lisa makes us confident our return is accurate … especially if we get audited.Audits happen, folks … get a professional tax preparer!

Worst experience I've ever had getting my taxes done. My appointment was 2 weeks ago and they just filed my taxes today. This is ridiculous for what they charge.
