They do such a wonderful job with my old, cantankerous little Shi-Tzu. I KNOW she's a handful, but they keep letting her come back and always manage to groom her well!

Amazing staff and beautiful building. Olive gets excited everytime we tell her she's going to daycare, and comes home tired from playing. Can't beat that!

My two little Chihuahuas Lucy Ricardo and Baby Frankie had a great time getting groomed they do an excellent job and my dogs were not traumatized they were happy both of my little fur babies are looking forward to going back. Great place they take really good care of your dogs. I'm getting a cat I just wish they'd give my cat a bath for me I asked them they said they don't if anyone knows a place I can get my cat washed let me know I'm not messing with it. It's a wildcat

It has been awhile since we have been to this location. Taking Beyla went seamless even though it has been awhile. We always enjoy finding Beyla on the TV in the waiting room once they take her back. We adore all the decorations there and how cozy they make the place. If you feel that way walking in then you know your dog feels just the same; just like home! .

I was rushing and feeling overwhelmed this morning. My pup was way past due for a haircut. When Andrew ( HOH employee and part time guardian angel) slowed me down and assured me that he had everything under control. He changed the tone of my whole day. House of Hounds Charleston always does an amazing job going above and beyond to take special care of Nina & me. ?

My Maltzer (have Maltese half mini schnauzer), BarkLee enjoys coming for his pampering and grooming sessions! Toni always makes him look so cute! He comes prancing out like he's a little movie star! Lol

I have continually been requested to leave a comment about my experience there but I did not use your services bc you couldn't give my dog an appointment until August in Charleston and May in Nitro. I used Pampered Poodle in Nitro the same week I called. They did a great job.
