We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The front desk people were very friendly. The room was amazing. The conference rooms were very nice . We did not use the pool but next time I will bring my swimsuit because the pool looks beautiful and there is a hot tub. It is an indoor pool surrounded by glass walls. There's a nice area outside the pool for lounging when weather is nice. The only complaints I have are with the restaurant/bar. The food was very fancy, but to be honest, I didn't understand half of the menu. I asked my server if a side dish came with the pork chops, and he picked up the menu and read it to me, which didn't answer my question because I had already read the menu. I ended up ordering a quesadilla, and it was very good but a little expensive. Our server was named John, and he was very nice.Hotel guests get a free breakfast. Unfortunately, we got to breakfast right at 9:00. The place was full, and more people were still coming in. It was a buffet style breakfast. But almost all the food was gone didn't replenish it because it was 9:00 I think that if you have people still eating they got there before 9:00 you should replenish the food. The syrup was completely empty, and when I asked for them to fill the syrup instead, she brought me a little bowl of syrup, but there were two of us, so I had to ask again. Finally, after picking through what little was left, I got food for us, though we didn't get scrambled eggs or sausage. Finally, we were ready to eat, but we had no silverware. There were just empty containers. We had to ask and wait for silverware. We had to ask and wait for orange juice. I was just glad that was free because I would not have paid money for the breakfast we had.Rooms: Our room was wonderful. I was traveling with a person who uses a wheelchair and many times when we stay in a hotel it is cramped and there's no way she can take a shower because it's usually not accessible for her. The room they gave us was beautiful and more importantly it was wheelchair accessible. There was a roll-in shower, the bathroom was big enough for her to turn around in with her chair. There was a space under the sink so she could get right up to it. Our room had a little kitchen. Even the kitchen sink headspace underneath four someone in a wheelchair and the microwave was down low enough for her to reach. There was a Keurig in the room with coffee pods and there was even pots and pans and dishes in the cabinet in case we wanted to cook. I've never stayed in such a nice room and I've definitely never seen a hotel room as accessible as this one was.

Our room was right under the express way? The bathroom had hair all over the floor. Teenagers running the halls, yelling and knocking on doors. Breakfast was late.

The staff was really nice but it took a while for the breakfast foods the refill. The location was kinda scary, we drove under a bridge and it just didn't seem very safe. The rooms were alright but there wasn't much ventilation and it wasn't very clean.

Front desk staff was very friendly that is about all I have to say about this location. The reviews are very misleading which is why we stayed here. This location is VERY outdated and in a very dark and poor location of Charleston. The room was very outdated, the ceiling has the old popcorn ceiling the carpet was dirty and old. The bathroom was old and outdated. The shower was very creepy. The toilet was cracked, running all the time and took forever to flush. The breakfast was ice cold at 8am in the morning. (Breakfast is 7am-10) I gave this location a rating of a 2 out of 10. They are pet friendly with a $25.00 charge. Be aware of the $30.00 additional refundable charge that is NOT mentioned.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I paid $160 for a single bed room with a queen size bed, it had the same quality as a run down motel, went to the pool and hot tub area at 10:50 and the front desk lady said it closed at 11:00 when the sign on the wall said 12 and was very rude. There is barely anything around this hotel, only fast food and a few gas stations. Very bad experience.

140 dollars a night and still have to pay 10 dollars for your powdered egg breakfast in the morning. They also don't accept cash.

The rooms are nice. The breakfast is overpriced. The pool is great. The main thing about this hotel is that it has a horrible bird infestation outside of the windows. There are dozens of bird nests. If you are a morning person this is probably fine for you. Otherwise, enjoy being woken up by a mommy grackle feeding a bunch of baby grackles and then listening to that for several hours every single day. They need to remove the metal things outside the windows. It's like a giant birdhouse built over the entire exterior of the hotel.

Upon check-in, initially the front desk could not find our 8 room reservation for our conference conference. However, after a bit of troubleshooting, we determined that it was being "held in OXY" due to an upgrade to the system when the reservation was initially made. To compensate, most rooms were slightly upgraded. My room was upgraded to an Executive Suite. I stayed in 311. It was very spacious and had a full kitchen, bar, living area, king bed, couch that could convert into a bed, desk, closet with shelves, two big screen TVs, and decent sized bathroom. It was clean and comfortable.Staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant and bar were average. One glass of wine or one cocktail was almost $13! That was a bit pricey!Overall, excellent stay.Rooms: See above description.Food & drinks: Pricey. Average taste and presentation.
