Very small, very dirty trashy Goodwill. If they can't put any more love into it, they need to close this place. In disrepair, no restrooms and fitting rooms are closed.

This store is so neglected. They don't even offer a restroom for their clientele. The doors are filthy, the sidewalk is filthy, it's just a mess! The only bright light is the sweet lady that works there most days

Sooo expensive! Charleston,wv store is so filthy!!! Floors full of dust, old spilled liquid, black marks on floor throughout the store,so unorganized the furniture dept always dirty and shelving is pilled high, employees smoking end of store building throwing cigarette butts on sidewalk and street!

I’m HIGHLY UPSET WITH THE PERSON WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS PLACE. I come in almost every week, and the one sales associate by the name Courtney. Was my go to girl, she helped me with everything and anything that I needed. I come in the other day and asked if she was there an the person who worked there had said that they terminated her. For all wrong reasons. I’ve dealt with this goodwill for years and when I met this young lady she was the only one who actually genuinely cared about my needs and wants. An made sure I left out of there satisfied with my purchase. Now I will no longer step foot in this store. I’m very highly upset over this. You all lost a good one that’s guaranteed. ?

Store is small and a lot of the smaller items are placed on shelves on top of the clothing. This makes it hard to look for items (I'm short) and I constantly feel like I'm in the way of people looking at clothes.

This store needs some TLC it's very dingy and dirty looking. To me it appeared that their prices were a little higher than other goodwills that I go to this was my first time in the canal City location and probably my last the staff had no personality at all try to engage in conversation or get an opinion and get told I don't have opinions on things so he needs some attention to say the least.
