Kind of sad because it used to be a great store. But it is really disorganized now. There may be gems still there, but prepared to hunt because it is massively disheveled. Pants are mixed with shorts, men shoes are with women’s clothes, and bric-brac is just shoved wherever possible.

The dirtiest Goodwill I’ve ever been in. Floors are filthy and clothes are very dusty. There are huge cobwebs in various areas of the store.

I haven't had many interactions with upper, but what I do know, is morally embarrassing to say I work for them.

This store was the nastiest goodwill I’ve ever been in. My first impression was how filthy the floors were. I was really disgusted with the appearance. The women’s dept was stocked, however, children’s and men’s selections were scarce. Everything seemed so dirty, I will never go back. As much money as goodwill makes, you would think they could maintain cleanliness and organization of their items. No doubt very poor management. The only positive I have to say about it was the employees were helpful and friendly.

I went to Goodwill the other day. I love books and I love clothes. They had no books. I teach in an afterschool program books are crucial to what I do. If there are no books, I am less likely to go. I even donated a bunch of books recently. I won’t be doing that again. I donate so that local people can benefit. I was told that they are now selling those books online. It’s come to this. It has come to greed. I will only be donating from here on out to organizations that sell locally. When someone who resells from a secondhand store, they do it to get out of poverty. Goodwill is hardly in poverty. The CEO is one of the highest paid in the United States. I am done with the Goodwill and the greedy practices. Remember the furniture that was donated and they priced it like it wasn’t donated. I am so turned off by what they have been doing. Sad thing is. model for secondhand stores lately. They even stopped utilizing the punch cards for a discount.?

Is so expensive, Charleston West Virginia store, which is the corporate store on Virginia street, is so filthy. Floors are full of dust, old spilled liquid on floors, black marks on floor throughout the store, so unorganized. The furniture department is always dirty and the shelving is pilled high. Goodwill also stopped customer discount cards , they dont sell books anymore and employees say everything of value is put online to sell IT DOES NOT COME OUT TO RETAIL FLOORS TO BE SOLD! Employees smoking at the end of the store building throwing cigarettes on sidewalk and street. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS.
