Kim and crew came to our rescue when we broke down passing thru Charleston on a Sunday morning. Being from out of town, we had concerns about where to trust our repair. Through a local tip, we found Garrett Tire and they had us up and running the next day. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

I first took my car to them in July of 2022. I've had nothing but issues pertaining to the work they did to my car. I've had to take it back to them several times, to other Shops and finally having no one but a costly Dealership fix my car. I had no problems with my car until they laid hands on it. The value has greatly decreased because of the insurmountable repairs. Not to mention how much money I've had to put out. It's not worth taking your car here. They may have been in Business for 30 years, but what that means is they are slacking. And no longer care about Best Business practices or quality mechanics. Don't take your car here unless you want continuous problems and continuous money outta pocket.

My husband and I were on the annual Lemons Rally (google it, so FUN!) passing through the town of Charleston and in desperate need of tires. We called around lunch time and they said they could get us in within the hour. We were very happy considering our 1994 Taurus needed 4 new 15-inch tires and we were having trouble finding them. Service was quick, affordable, and friendly. The owner recommended going down the street to Books & Brews for some pepperoni rolls which were delicious. If you are in need of tires I would highly recommend Garrett Tire Center.

On our way to vacation in South Carolina we had a tire cut on I-64 at Charleston WV. Did not know what tire shop to contact, but fortunately picked Garretts. They are professional, friendly and excellent to work with. Highly recommend them!

Refused to mount a tire purchased online and quoted liability reasons. Here I was trying to give a little, dirty local shop some business. I'd even called and been quoted a price under these circumstances.MEGA tire distributors like Tires.com or TireRack.com, etc.... could not be what they are, and nobody could order tires online if such a thing were true.I called around.... and EVERY SINGLE OTHER tire-shop would do it.Would not recommend to friends.Would recommend 10/10 to enemies.

Service was quick and friendly, but a normal tire patch price was $50, which is more than I've ever heard it cost.
