I moved from home and had service disconnected. Were supposed to send boxes to return equipment. Still getting billed. Just got off and was told they don't send boxes LOL it plainly states that on their website which I pointed out and then charge a $50 restocking fee - WTH!!! Internet and phone service is great - customer service sucks!!!

I given this company 3 chances and all 3 times this company has wasted my day and time for installation when they promised not to screw me over the 2nd and 3rd time clearly they cant keep there own word and don't want me as a customer so I be going with a different provider I suggest you do the same!

Worst internet there is! Have to reset router every 10 mins to keep a good connection. Advise getting a better provider! Currently looking for new provider!

This internet sucksThis internet was not made for a family it works fine when your by your self but I live in a family of 6 all doing there own thing with the WiFi, telling them to stop using so much internet is impossible cause half of the time they’re not even doing much if I have my ps4 and a roku tv on this internet sucks a lot add to that 3 phones another tv and one tablet and it’s barley usable.Honestly if you have other options that arnt hues net then go for them frontier should not be a priority internet provider if you live with your family but if you live by your self go for it.

Company charges 50.00 to return equipment. No local drop box or office. Said they had to pay ups to return the equipment. Not my fault company makes bad decisions.

1 month ago was to have 5 G installed, still a month later no 5G. Work order is still with them. Lighting took out 2nd router in 1 month. It is the weekend so no customer service. Technical service wants to charge me $90 to send out a service tech.

We never have phone service. There are trees on the lines every where on our road but they have never been fixed. We always have cracking problems while on the phone, which has “been fixed” multiple times haha!! I can not recommend this company!!! Plus our bill is OUTRAGEOUS for such poor service!!!!!

I have been scheduled for installation since mid-October with each appointment being pushed back to a later date. My next "installation date" is set for mid January. Every representative that I speak with is unable to provide any assistance. I would give no stars if possible.

I had a issue and they could not get me on the schedule to have someone fix it for over 2 weeks. Then the estimated time frame is between 1-5pm when someone must be present. Do they not understand people work for a living? A smaller time frame would be nice. When you call to check if someone is even going to show up you may only speak to a robot that can either confirm or cancel your appointment. If you like being treated like a red headed step child this is the internet for you!!

I'll add my 1 star review to the plethora of others that have found Frontier to be an absolute #$!@ show and ridiculously expensive. We were forced to use Frontier in my mother's assisted living facility in Kanawha City because there were no other phone companies servicing that area. (Monopoly much?) We were paying $68 for 1 single land line that had no other services, just a dial tone. No call waiting, no voicemail, nothing.We finally moved her to a new facility where we were able to set her up with an internet phone (free) using their ethernet port. At the time we disconnected her service she was 10 days into a new billing period, but Frontier would not prorate the service. So we had to pay a FULL month of service for 10 days. Customer service representatives couldn't have cared less about resolving this issue. I cannot recommend this company for any services based on our experience.Tip: Buy an Ooma Internet Phone and get free phone service (with long distance and voicemail) with tons of services. You'll thank me later. Bye Frontier.

I would like to have their internet and phone. I've been trying to get their services since June 2022. Frontier said they have to run new lines but the contractor never shows up. I got text messages that say they are coming, but never do. The nice technician has showed up twice to install but can't because there are no lines.
