“I used to work in Deli . The Deli work was fine . But clean up . They have one person doing work of two or three . Had wash by hand . All the pans , bakery's stuff . Ridiculous I quit .”
“Since I have lived in the Los Angeles, CA, area for almost 10 years but have family members back in my home state of WV, I have utilized Art's Flower & Gift Shop online and over the phone to ensure any flower arrangement orders I have chosen could be made on short notice, whether it has been for Mother's Day, birthdays, get-well, or other occasions. The various staff members that I have spoken to on the phone have always been very kind and straight forward with me regarding which flowers are in season, whether or not they have certain flowers in stock due to high demand or if they would be able to deliver last minute orders on time. They have come through for me every single time. They were even willing to make a special arrangement that was not shown on any of the main floral websites because a relative of mine was sick and I knew she loved specific flowers but none of the arrangements shown online offered all of those flowers together. So the staff member and/or florist made a special order for me once I explained how and why I wanted a specific arrangement. They were very professional, kind, courteous, understanding and accommodating. They also didn't charge extra for the special arrangement I requested. Once the flowers were delivered, I was able to see the arrangement when my family member sent me a photo. I was so happy that they made sure to make and deliver my order just as I requested. My family member loved that all of her favorite flowers were arranged together in such a beautiful way. There has only been one time when the flowers I ordered were accidentally delivered to another customer. But it was Mother's Day and I could understand how a mistake could have been made when there were probably hundreds of other orders to be delivered. As soon as my relative sent me a photo of what was delivered to her and I recognized that what she received was not what I had ordered, I called the store and informed them of the mistake but I also let them know that I understood how busy they were and mistakes could be made. They were very professional and immediately apologized, remade what I had ordered and still had it delivered on time to my family member. I would highly recommend Art's Flowers to anyone wanting to send their loved ones flower arrangements, gift baskets or any other type of product they offer.”
