The FedEx Ship Center on Greenbrier Street in Charleston provides fast and helpful service. It is a full-service location where customers can get help boxing up packages. The staff is noted as being nice, helpful, on point, and flawless, ensuring each customer is taken care of with smooth service. Parking is available in back or at metered street spots. Although the location is further than others and in a mobile phone signal dead zone, the excellent service makes it a destination customers plan to return to.

Two packages stuck in Charleston since 9/9/24, one since 9/13/24. Reordered same products from a different online store only to discover they too use FedEx for shipping. Rumor has it all drivers walked out and no one to deliver packages. This is a problem. Any idea how and when this is going to be resolved?
