I specifically called and asked if they had pedialite. They told me yes. Came all the way here, brought my newborn baby inside to find out no they don’t have pedialite for babies it’s some knock off brand.

Came in the store to shop for a few things. My friend started feeling dizzy and the clerk immediately came to our rescue. She offered a step stool for him to sit while I gathered my items and also found a item I couldn't find. Service with a smile! Store had everything but diet Pepsi in the six pack...

I am posting regarding my impressions while shopping at the Family Dollar Store located on Sissonville Road in Charleston, West Virginia. Management and its employees are professional, courteous and always helpful to shoppers at this store. The building is always clean and the shelves are well stocked no matter the time of day you go to shop. I've been to other locations of Family Dollar and they don't appear to be managed as well and I don't like to shop out of my area. The management and its employees at this location should be rewarded for their professionalism and hard works.
