Thanks to Matt for providing excellent service, several extensions to my rental, and immediate receipt emailing. I have an Endurance policy-never would I recommend them-they kept dragging out my inspection and repairs then denied the claim. I had numerous medical appointments and needed a vehicle for more days than expected. Matt provided me with a vehicle similar to my own so I would not have to relearn the location of everything on the dash. I was able to book, sign, and go in a few short minutes. I recommend going thru Orbitz for a great deal and insurance - check with your credit card or personal insurance for rental coverage. The rental vehicles are clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Glad Matt was promoted!

Never been anywhere to rent a car and had such welcoming and courteous staff. Was really impressed at how informative and friendly they were. Will use again and I recommend to anyone needing a rental

Arrived first thing in the morning to pick up a vehicle pursuant to arrangements by my insurance company. Trainee advised the vehicle they had for me had a key stuck in the ignition and there was nothing else available. I was told Enterprise would contact me and deliver a vehicle when one became available. I was kind of stranded in my office by the end of the day without a rental, but the regional manager did call to apologize and offer me an Uber at his expense.In fairness, cars are currently hard to come by nationwide as a result of the pandemic. They eventually got me an excellent rental the next day, and worked with me when I needed to drive out of their region to another state to purchase my new car due to that same vehicle shortage. They did a great job after that initial hiccup.

Had a late made reservation and received a call the morning of that they didn’t have anything but would call me when something comes in.Offered me a truck and a Jeep at the car rate for waiting all day and as I got there, a car they didn’t think was coming back in came in and I got it.Great service most of the time.

They put me in a nice rental and went to the trouble of getting one as soon as they could because I'd been without a car for 7 days and that put my job in jeopardy. I am very grateful

I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. You better make sure you check everything before you leave that parking lot. They will get you for any damage they can to keep your money. They rent me a damaged car and then blame me for it. I called to check where my deposit is, and the guy in kanawha city enterprise argued with me to no end, he was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again.

I went down after reserving a car I had no idea had to have my own insurance so I had to be in ohio over a hearing over my kids I saved two months worth of paydays my sister rented the car in her name they walked around outside only they tried to give her a hard time but she rented prier so it worked out we get halfway to Ohio the radio screen broken we assumed they knew and. Everything would be fine no no it's not taking what deposit we put on it my sister cleaned the car it was nasty when we had it we where rushing because they would not let me get rental in my name they blamed us for the damage when. One of there employees did not do there job and we have no proof I have no reason to lie my sister is a Christan this is so unfair that this happened to us we contacted corporate they don't believe us this place is aweful they only walked around out side the car place in dunbar takes pics of inside and out that is there responsibility not ours how is this legal and fair there are phone's linked in to that radio we where not even able to use it someone should have believed us if we knew then what we know now . Customers are supposed to come first but we are paying for someone else's mistakes that is said I make very little money and they just get to do what they want I will never give them business agian it affects my sister name and my savings. But God will punish them for lieing .

Rented us a damaged car and blaming us for it bad place to rent from they will not believe us so unfair that people get treated this way they immediately wrongfully accused didn't go through inside with her just the outside .I hope they loose business several people we know have got treated bad by them so something wrong with that alone thanks for being a bad business that won't get my money ever again

So, 2 months ago I go in with my DL Card and Insurance policy walk out with this truck for 3 days. In and out 10minsLast week I was an HR late for my reservation didn't know I even had a time down. Same card EVERYTHING!! Refused to rent me a car without paystubs and a utility bill. Acted like I was lying about renting one before. Completely RUDE and treated me like a bum... I had just got off work. Was in my work shirt saying OWNER under my name.... I don't care how cheap they are I will NEVER deal with them again..... Who ever heard of paystubs etc for renting a car? I understand the deposit etc. Had no issue the first time... I don't understand the treatment I got this time compared to the first time I rented one problem free...

When you rent an available car online and you go there to find only bigger more expensive cars, and they want you to pay for it. This what happened to me. They don't care anything but to make as much money out of you. I had to reschedule work meetings because of that. This cost me money loss and a horrible morning. They didn't even care to check nearby locations like rental companies do. they lied to me saying they will call when another car arrives and never received that call. I will file a formal complaint against this office.

Every one was very kind and Courteous.The inside of the van could have been cleaner as far as crumbs in cracks and dash, especially with all this virus stuff happening. When I was looking for the gas range it showed it needed an oil change also...kinda not good.We have always used Enterprise and will continue. Thank you
