I booked a reservation online for the airport location (CRW) as I was flying into Charleston WV. That day was very stressful due to flight delays into Charleston but I was able to get in touch with another branch to let the airport know about the flight delays. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Katie (I think she said she was a branch manager at another location) but she provided excellent customer service. Katie was very patient and understanding. (As a former EHI employee) I give Katie props. She is an incredible employee and she made the interaction as smooth as possible. Aside from that, this location has plenty of newer cars that are very nice. I highly recommend this location and will be dealing with them again in the future.

It was a pleasure getting there after missing two flights. Young lady by the name of Erica put the icing on the cake. She greeted me with a beautiful smile that I’ll never forget as well as her willingness to make sure I had the car that I needed for my trip. As I told her I know your town has a beach, she smiled to let me know that they have rivers that were beautiful and fun. That was great for her to let me know like sparkles on the cake. The airport was great as well it was small enough not to be tried after a long day missing two flights.

BE CAREFUL! THIEVES!!! As others commented, I returned the vehicle FULL ( i was even late to the airport just so i can fill it), then I noticed that the bill is over 100$ extra. I called enterprise and it turns out they added a refueling charge. I got refunded, but what a group of thieves these folks are! They are hoping you don't pay attention to the bill. Avoid if you can...

Fantastic service! The entire team is wonderful. A true highlight of traveling through Charleston is seeing Arianna Smith at the counter; she is exceptional. A true professional: fast, efficient, personable and very thorough. Thank you Arianna and Team Yeager Enterprise!

Booked a rental to visit someone for their birthday. Once I arrived I was told that they did not accept Chime debit or credit cards and they would not accept cash either. Nowhere in their terms of service does it state that they will not accept Chime. Chime is just like any other bank and it is FDIC-insured. There's absolutely no reason as to why I wasn't able to use either of my cards but yet I was able to BOOK A FLIGHT with zero issues. What an absolute nightmare! Thanks for basically ruining someone's birthday over nothing.

Although CRW is a small airport, we had an excellent experience here. We originally had a car reserved in the morning but we had a delayed and called ahead. We didn't get there until about 6 hours later, but there was still a car. The person was very kind and understanding. He even gave us the difference in price. Because they were low staff you had to wait a while to get your car (the same person had to go get the car). Because it is a smaller airport, here are a few tips. Make sure you rent during the daylight hours, book in advance, call ahead if you have any questions. We had an excellent experience and trip and hope to rent again the the future.

Some of the laziest workers you’ll ever find. Have had problems at the airport Enterprise location several times but most recently was just too much and I will refuse to give them my business again.I booked and paid for a rental car days in advance. My flight was delayed and I landed in Charleston about an hour later than intended. It was around 11 p.m.I had called three plus times throughout the day, just to give someone a heads up to ensure an agent would still be available to give me the keys . Not too much to ask, right? Nope, no one answered all day long. Then, surely enough. Plane lands… another plane landed about 10 minutes before me… counter is empty and dark. Couple other people depended on renting a car too but because someone didn’t give a care and wanted to go home, we were all unsuccessful.Yes, I understand “business hours” but if you have a reservation scheduled and if the agent could simply see flights were delayed- they should have and could have stayed open.Plenty of other airports do it but since this is a small rinky dink airport, perhaps they’d like to just stick to the stereotype of being less than subpar, as well.I’m livid and had to wait an incredible amount of time for a Lyft service.

Kind people. System had a glitch. Took longer to get out than should have. Like most corporations today, front line workers and managers have had their authority taken away to fix minor inconveniences.

Consumer beware. I turned in a car with a full tank of gas on 3/28 upon my return trip to Cleveland Clinic. I advised the employee that I had a picture to reflect this information and was told there was no need. However, on 4/6 Enterprise charged my credit card for gas. First and foremost, why would it take over a week to charge for gas. Second, who's gas are you charging me for because my tank reflects a full tank. It is sad that you can't trust so called reputable companies.
