I'm not sure where my review went, so I'll repost it. This mall is either dead or dying. The closed shops are walled over so it looks like long corridors. The one restroom I could find was on the third floor, by the small food court. The inside is spacious and bright, so if you're just wanting to walk around in air conditioning with a stop at Starbucks, then this is certainly the place for you.

We came here for dinner. The stores were closed at 8 on a Saturday. Hot Topic was open, but we didn't go inside. The mall is definitely not what it used to be.

It looks so much different than it did back in the day. I saw a sign on the side briefly about demolition. I haven’t kept up with any details on what’s happening to the mall lately. The inside looks great with stories of Charleston covering up what used to be stores that are now gone.

Great place to walk all seasons. Sad to see it like it is now compared to what it was when it was new. There are still some stores there though. It is being kept very clean by the staff. Security is present esp. early morning. I hope they build it back up but....

A blast from the past! Not a whole lot of these malls left. It reminds me of the early 2000’s. You pay for parking, but stay as long as you like, three levels, they also have a little WVa music hall of fame. Fun way to kill an hour!

Everyone seemed rude here. From the stores we went in to the restaurants we ate at. The chili's was the worst. The employee were loud and screaming in the back. A lady brought us our food and asked if we wanted plates we said no. Then the bartender came in and saw no plates and acted mad and gave us plates. Then the girl in the back was throwing a fit and yelling saying we said we didn't want plates. She was making a fool of herself. Very unprofessional business. We ended up leaving. Manager was useless also

Not much left of the once busy Charleston Town Center. Only one anchor store remains. The food court is half the size it was years ago. Plenty of boarded up store fronts. Plenty of buns hanging around. Not much foot traffic.

Food court had a decent selection for all six of us. Many empty units but still a good variety. Parking at $1.75 seems unnecessary but that may be the only thing keeping the place open.

Just cut through the mall to eat and on the way to the convention center. Seems to be going through renovations and its looking great. Many of the stored are occupied. Recommended

Mall is ok, Starbucks, Aeropostale, foot locker and American eagle are the only good store left imo but lock your cars, mine got broke into and they stole my daughters phone and personal hygiene stuff I kept in the glove box and of course security couldn’t do anything.

Although the mall is clean it lacks the joy it once had. There's no benches to sit and no life in it anymore. Nothing much to attract kids and teens to stay long. I was most shocked that the mall didn't even have an Auntie Anne's pretzel or cookie place. It has drywall covering ever vacant store it's sorta creepy now like a museum.

There's not really a whole lot going on here. You could come here to see a nice selection of drywall covering up all of the empty stores. It's a shame that they can't figure out a way to make this a viable place. It would be nice to at least see it turned into office spaces or doctor's offices or something. The only thing that really brings people in are the restaurants at the end of the mall and up in the food court.
