Came in after I was hit by a FedEx truck? The owner Danny was super helpful, I know nothing about cars so I didn’t even know what needed to be done but he was patient and helped me through out the entire process. Very grateful and will definitely only be going to him from now on! Highly recommend his services.

Great service and group of workers. Patient and took the time to monitor progress with me. Took my car in during busy-season when dear were on the loose and mechanic shops weren’t accepting new customers. 100% recommend.

I was very pleased with my auto repairs. Shop personnel were very friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance company to get what I needed. They went over and above to meet my needs and schedule. Job looked great. Danny is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I will return for all my auto repair needed. ( Teenager drivers ).

Took my brand new car here to fix my bumper. Ended up leaving with scratches down the right side of my car, not to mention that the bumper that was put on was poorly assembled and you can see noticeable gaps. Also, they had my car for months so time was not the issue. I was not updated after months whatsoever and had to call almost daily and they kept giving me the run around of when it would be finished. Once I got my car back they said they would fix the scratches and I called multiple times after and was never able to get ahold of anyone. The funny part is I have a friend who used to work there and I told them after the fact and they told me that I never should have went there, they are known to just get the job done for the money and not actually do quality work. I’m not one to leave a bad review, actually this is my first review ever but I was no where near satisfied and I highly DON’T recommend this shop.

This crew was amazing! I arrived to Charleston with unusual noises coming from the car after a previous auto shop had worked on it the day before making a 6-hour trip to WVa. They were quick to act and I was fortunate to get my car into them in the middle of the week and back within a timely manner. I drove away confident that the car was safe to hit the road again after their polite, spot on, and professional service was provided. Thank you to everyone that assisted me!

Had some scrapes and light damage to my front bumper. Called Danny and he took a look at it and provided a reasonable estimat and timeline to do the work. Communication was really good and the finished work looked great. I’d definitely recommend Dedicated and Danny to anyone.
