I've used CVS in five states. This particular store has the rudest, inept, arrogant pharmacy employees I've encountered. This makes our temporary stay in Charleston disappointing. I wouldn't be surprised if this store alone is responsible for the population decline in this area.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever had to deal with..They can't fill anyone's medications without it being hours before it's ready..and very rude!! If u don't like ur job find some where else to work!!!

Wife says they are the worst pharmacy she's ever dealt with. They can't find new prescriptions. They are not reliable. They are most difficult to deal with at the drive through. Never seem able to find medicine.

Always so slow. The drive through sounds nice until you try to use it.. you’re either there for over an hour or they ask you to come inside to wait for over an hour.

I have never done any business with CVS but they started calling and waking me up early every morning to tell me I had a prescription to pick up. I assured them I did not as I don't use their pharmacy. The prescriptions weren't for me and I didn't give them my phone number. I asked to have my number removed and I was told they couldn't unless I gave them another number to put in for the prescriptions. I tried calling the store manager who was never in and talked to a shift manager who was no help. I called their area headquarters and wasted hours on hold . I blocked their number and they still somehow leave messages on my voice mail. Everyone I have talked to has been very rude. I know several people who get prescriptions there and all of them are transferring their prescriptions because of this. I am now going through the do not call registry and other legal means to get them to stop calling me. This is ridiculous considering I never gave them my number and I don't do business with them. I suggest you go anywhere but CVS pharmacy for your prescriptions and NEVER let them have your phone number if you expect to sleep late. They call 7 days a week until you pick up prescriptions which I can't do because they aren't mine.

The absolute worst. I had a prescription sent over at 2:00 pm. Went there at 6:00 pm to pick up I’m told it’s not ready to come back in an hour. I come back sit in the drive through forever 2 HOURS LATER AND IT STILL IS NOT DONE. This has happened time and time again. You can’t get ahold of anyone if you call. They are incredibly rude and treat people horribly they do not care. After this last time I am DONE. Switching to a pharmacy that cares.

It’s taken a week to get my child’s medicine they said they had it and it would be filed before closing and we could come grab it they called the next day at noon saying they never even had her meds and I’d have to go to a completely different location! Livid! I’m done with CVS not to mention the women I spoke with was nothing but rude!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. Every time you go through the drive-through, it is AT MINIMUM a 40-minute wait. To top it off, I would say over 90% of the time they will tell you your prescription is not ready. I spent at least 40 minutes in the drive-through on Friday only for them to tell me that my prescription would take at least another hour. Do not come here if you expect to have your prescriptions refilled quickly because you are wasting your time.

Had a prescription called in from the doctor at 9:30 am and stopped by to pick it up after work at 4 and not only was it not done, they told me it would take another hour to complete. I asked if they could do anything so I didn't have to wait in the store for an hour for my prescription and was just told no thats the soonest they can get it done. No apology for my inconvenience or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. Very rude. Find another pharmacy if you don't want your time wasted.

My husband went in and bought a Mt. Dew. When he came back out and I saw it cost nearly $4 I went back in to return it with the receipt. They said they cannot return anything without an ID, which I did not have on me. I never imagined needing an ID to buy a pop, nor to return one when having a receipt especially to the same person who rang it up and knew that we just purchased it. I understand having this policy if the return is questionable however he knew that he sold us the drink and I had my receipt. So I had to pay almost 4$ for one 20 oz bottle of soda. I am very disappointed in this policy and this experience.
