Worst bank ever they don't care about there customer and despite forgiving for one of these employee stealing my info as I'm sure that what happen they refuse to be decent back. I got very sick and was unconscious for weeks on end still they decided they rather hurt me and close my account then be decent the bank should be closed for it deceptive and unethical practices!

Ancient ATMs, grumpy customer service, clueless tellers, slow system that can take weeks to post accurate information to account, inability to work with modern programs like the Dot card or google pay.Just another bank dependent on lack of competition to force them to improve or to die.I have never moved so much money in and out of a bank and had so little repor with the theiremployees.

To everyone out there just wanna say don't ever bank with city national I've been trying to get a account closed for weeks now and they keep pushing off telling me “oh it has to be escalated†or “sorry there's pending transactions†i don't know if it's there way of trying to retain customers but def makes for not having to worry about losing them plus I don't have over draft protection which means it should NOT allow things to go threw if they money isn't there and they still let it and get charged a over draft on top of it just my experience never bank with them once I get done hopefully at some point getting the accounts now as I wanted just one originally now I'm closing them all I'll never go back

ATM rarely works. 90% of the time when I pull up it's out of service. They should probably fix it.

Employee very rude and disrespectful. Tried to call and they talked over me and hung up the phone while i was talking. RUDEST BRANCJ EVER!!!! Called the next day to talk to the branch manager, i see when his employees gets their rudeness from. He also hung up the phone on me. Never go to this branch. Some of the RUDEST employees there.

Credit not the best. The bank does not make it easy. Been there for 3 plus Years. Put $5,000.00 monthly. Can't even get a chance to improve credit score. Just need a chance to improve.
