No soap in the car wash bay and hardly any water pressure. Will not be going back

I went the other day to vacuum my car but the machine had no suction. That can happen and it probably needed cleaned. I have always had a good experience here so I stopped back in this morning and the suction was perfect, however I wanted to clean my Matts and how no more cash so I drove into the self serve where I knew that took a card. There was no soap, so that was a disappoint but for 2.75 I really was still okay with it. I was only cleaning my Matts, the machine would not shut off though, I had to hit the stop button in hopes to get it to shut off, still nothing. Looked at my bank account it says there was a 10 dollar charge. For What ??? It literally says the charge is 2.75 $ . Now the machine is still running and I'm afraid that Everytime someone uses it I will get charged 10 dollars. I hope not. I have tried calling the number but no answer. I will continue to try and to monitor my bank account.

Nice carwash, they have an automatic touchless side and another side where you can wash it yourself. The prewash soak is very soapy and it's my favorite part.
They have several vending machines for air fresheners, tire shine, and armor all cleaning wipes.
Some of their vacuums have the option of adding scent, Fresh scent, pine, or tropical.
Plenty of trash cans, and they have a change machine as well. Its a nice little car wash!

I paid $12.00 for deluxe wash this morning and there was no rinse cycle! I tried again, paying another $12.00 by card and same thing, no rinse. I frantically gathered up coins and put over $2.00 in manual but could not get it to work to rinse my (new) car. I was late for a doctors appointment by this time, no answer to multiple phone calls so drove across Dunbar bridge and paid for that car wash to get to full soap off my car. Pitiful. I will demand a full refund and would never recommend this facility, these are photos of the drive through bay soap I tried to manually wash off but could not get that to work either.
Follow-up: I received a call back after the incident and my post. The owner/manager apologized and sent me a check for $20.

Needs cleaning itself. Drains are nasty and smell. Trash always in vacuum areas, only one car wash available and even if doesn't work well. This place is run down . I advise everyone to skip this car wash . Even the vacuum hoses are typed together and fall off

I used a debit card at the self service bay it charged me 10 dollars my bank statement said big dog car care debited my money I try calling no answer! Something needs to be done about this

Just comfortable. No one bothers you. Machine is very picky. It’s hometown so I choose it.

Lost monet at the change machine on several occasions. Never got a refund. Good because it's 24/7 but outdated machines!

I only go to this car wash when I have no choice. The soap seems watered down and if youget it on you it dyes your clothes the same color.. The vacuums have NO power, the product machine took my money the last time I was there and another customer told me after I done it that it took his money also. The water sprays down from the ceiling while you are washing your car and gets you soaked, and if you go in the evening it's too dark in the bays.

Spent $10 on a car wash and looks just as bad as it did when I went in. Barely any soap came out. Very disappointed! No one was working and tried to call several times but no answer.. Will never go back.. Beware!!
