We went there for engine misfiring, they took $65 for diagnostic and another $65 for changing a single spurk plug (which we provided). It took an hour easily. They were gonna charge $300ish for changing a spark plug and a coil. Waste of money and time, dont even bother.

Good, honest people who have taken excellent care of my MBs for the past 20 years. They are meticulous, professional and accommodating -while costing a fraction of the dealership prices. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else

Great service at the new Teays Valley location. Service was fast and price was excellent compared to the dealerships. Very informative and communications was excellent. Will be going here from now on.

I’m so glad High end opened a new location in Teays Valley!! I made an appointment this week to have them look at my 2015 A4 Audi. The check engine light was on. The service tech diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix it while I waited. I highly recommend using this shop for your car repair needs.

Took my Mercedes in to have back brakes put on and they didn’t tighten the lug nights, and within weeks both back tires came off, I was going a low speed or it would have been fatal, towed it up to High End Motors, Pat said they all broke off? All ten? So I believed him which was a lie, towing company took pictures before they dropped it off and there was not one lug nut broke off they were gone. So I ask if they could replace all wheels. Which they did at my expense, but when I went to pick it up the back bumper was highly damaged, Pat said the wheel came off and did the damage but he was NOT responsible. This all being said.I had turn it into my insurance company for repairs. So be very cautious!!!!

If I could give Pat, Dan, and their team ten stars, I would. They were able to complete three difficult and expensive repairs for me, in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. No other mechanic in town could have done what they did as easily. The shop is clean and well maintained, the communication with Dan was superb. They made sure that the repair schedule didn't interrupt my daily business and went to extra trouble to see that I was completely satisfied. I strongly encourage anyone to use their service.
