I’ve been taking the 50 minute lagree class Jennifer Mize teaches twice a week for about three months. I am definitely seeing results! I feel so much stronger. It’s tough but Jennifer is great at pushing me further than I’d normally go and is so encouraging. And I feel great afterwards! Would definitely recommend!

Today I tried Kimberly’s booty barre bounce class for the first time! She is a great instructor and the class is SO fun!! Burned 570 calories but the bouncing was my favorite part!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I’ve been doing the booty barre with Kimberly and I love it! A great workout! It’s not just a class, it’s a team. Kimberly always follows up with me and encourages me when I’m doubting my limits. I’ll be honest, if she hadn’t called me after the first class, I’m not sure I would have went back. I felt so uncoordinated and kinda defeated. So nice to be part of a team that is so encouraging and that goes the extra mile! A strong business that builds women up, not just physically, but emotionally as well! Can’t wait until the next class! �

Kimberly Warner at Centered Pilates has an amazing pilates class on Sundays. I recommend her class for anyone that wants a good inner core workout. She cares about the safety and form before anything else yet she pushes you to do your best and to challenge yourself.
