Went to boost was going to ADD a line the girl there wouldn't help me at all I asked her is this the free phone that comes with it and she said let me see if I ever got it in a lazy manner she comes back and said she has it then she's going to tell me 139.00 Dollars I said wait it shouldn't be that much she says it's because of the phone you wanted and after all that never told me witch one was free for adding a line she just looks at me so I just walked out get rid of that girl she's hurting your business

Could not do business because the place was filled with a heavy, cloying perfume that triggered an asthma attack. The woman gave me a dirty look when I told her this. No wonder they have a sign up saying they are hiring. I don't know what smell they were trying to cover up, but it was gross to have that much stink going on in a tiny place.

Very rude employee. Tried to explain things and she got an attitude. She even went as far as to excuse me of looking at her wrong. Just because she had never heard of the problem I was having with my phone. She kept saying well I've worked here for three years. Oh but she wanted me to upgrade my phone so she could get the commission on it.

Where do I start. The girl working there this evening was down right rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude from the start. I have been in many stores and by far this is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

UPDATE: 3-26-19 From 2* to 1*After being a loyal customer for over a year, I decided to do the $1 Boost Up deal. I decided I'd go ahead and go to the store instead of online ordering because they didn't have the phone I wanted online. I get there and the door is LOCKED! OPEN sign lit up and no employees whatsoever. Well, I actually wanted to take a few photos for my original review. Then, this employee starts walking over from the LIQUOR store and says.. "Hey, I'm right here, what's the problem?" Really? To top it of this guy was rude like I was the problem ? To the young Boost Mobile employee, I'd suggest you find another job that has nothing to with dealing with customers. It REALLY wouldn't have bothered me as much until he acted like I was the one at fault. TERRIBLE store. ??The employees there are just ok. They aren't rude but they are sales material. The woman was nice while I made my purchase but she also kept looking at her phone every 2 minutes. Then the gentleman that activated my phone would nonchalantly answer my questions. I felt as if I wasn't really welcomed here. The place was definitely packed. They offer really great deals to new customer's and doesn't really care for their loyal customers as much. Although, they have recently came out with Boost Perks and they have Boost Up. With Boost Perks you get some pretty decent discounts on tons of random things/places.To receive the Boost Up benefit, you need to be a loyal customer for 12 months straight, with every payment made. If you qualify then you can get a phone for just $1 down then a little added to your bill each month. This store was very clean on my visit. ATTENTION: when buying a phone, state if you want insurance on the phone, which is $7 every month. The woman automatically put it on not just my phone but my husband's. $14 every month for a couple of cheap phones.
