Went to boost was going to ADD a line the girl there wouldn't help me at all I asked her is this the free phone that comes with it and she said let me see if I ever got it in a lazy manner she comes back and said she has it then she's going to tell me 139.00 Dollars I said wait it shouldn't be that much she says it's because of the phone you wanted and after all that never told me witch one was free for adding a line she just looks at me so I just walked out get rid of that girl she's hurting your business

Could not do business because the place was filled with a heavy, cloying perfume that triggered an asthma attack. The woman gave me a dirty look when I told her this. No wonder they have a sign up saying they are hiring. I don't know what smell they were trying to cover up, but it was gross to have that much stink going on in a tiny place.

Very rude employee. Tried to explain things and she got an attitude. She even went as far as to excuse me of looking at her wrong. Just because she had never heard of the problem I was having with my phone. She kept saying well I've worked here for three years. Oh but she wanted me to upgrade my phone so she could get the commission on it.

Where do I start. The girl working there this evening was down right rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude from the start. I have been in many stores and by far this is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
