Basically the women charged over then what she was supposed to the phone was only 199.99$ and 207.02 after tax the phone bill was 35$ but now it's 42$ .when I bought the phone I also paid my bill . When I woke up this morning to make a phone call my phone was off!!! I called boost and their telling me they do not see the phone purchase for the bill not being paid so basically the woman that works at the store pocketed. Money and now the company is refusing to pay my bill or give it back !!!

I initially got a phone from the kanawha city location i asked could i return the phone i was told that i had to go to the patrick plaza i called to that location and the guy told me that i had to go to the original store i got it from and exchange it there so i go there and she clearly had and attitude because what i was telling herthe guy at that location was saying so that ended with her saying that her boss said to go to the patrick street location i go down there wait almost a hour there was one person in there he was clearly over whelmed he was rude and completely unproffesional i told him what was told to me and he says well idk we dont do exchanges here they literally was not trying to not help basically giving me the run around i told him call his boss cause the girl said he said come this store he calls him puts him on speaker phone and he is just as rude and unproffessional saying that he never said that and that i couldnt exchange my phone basically making in seem like i just came down there for no reason and he clearly didnt know he was on speaker phone when i email him personally he had a completely different attitude i also had a promo code to use he says what promo code i said the one that was used on my first one i said its on my receipt he looks at my receipt and says aint no promo code on there and thrrew the receipt back at me i asked him for a highlighter he gave me one i highlighted the promo code there was a 120 fb promo code and a 30 handset code he still denied that there was a promo code he said that code had been expired for over a month i had just got the code 2 days prior he just didnt want to give me the code which is fine i went to a different location that was not affliated with them at all and got the promo code and not to mention the customer in front of me added a line the man asked him how much it was going to be all together he gave him a completely different price then what it actually came too and he added insurance to the mans plan without asking him when the man said that he did not want the insurance the boy lied and said that insurance was mandatory they do and say whatever to get a sale i doubt they last long and i also called the main boost and made a complaint

There was this sweet young lady that helped me with my transaction and not only was she friendly, but she was also quick. She took care of me and 2 other customers simultaneously. I was very impressed. 😊

This was absolutely one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. The service was non-existent. The woman "assisting" me was either talking on the phone or talking to her mom ( who was hanging out in the store) the entire time. She was rude, short and avoided my questions. And on top of it all she disregarded my request to be signed up for auto pay, which would have saved me $5 and 2 hours the month later. She signed me up for insurance on my device, that I did not want, costing me another $7 and the icing on the cake, she took it upon herself to name my phone and set up my pin with numbers she pulled out of thin air wasting more of my time trying to get it reset. Stay as far away from this store as you can. Learn from my mistake. It is a scam they will not help you.
