On 05/31/2024 I went in to get a SIM card issue resolved. Raresha (the manager) was very helpful and efficiently got the SIM card replaced and operational for me. Boost Mobile at 163 Court St is a professional operation.

Went in to purchase a phone and they tried to get me to change my number for a "better deal". They told me the cheapest phone that I could buy was over $300. They had a model similar to my phone that was only $100, but they basically told me I couldn't purchase that. They recommended I go to Walmart and get a phone and bring it back for them to charge me a $65 activation fee if I didn't like the prices. Meanwhile, I got a text stating that there was a special offer for a $25 phone available only in stores. I'm not sure if the company is just going bad (which I called customer service and they seemed shocked) or if it's just this store, but I definately won't be back and I'm probably going to just change providers if they are this incompetent and shady.

Quick, friendly and to the point. Got everything I needed and a free karaoke machine for upgrading. The staff were very helpful.

The Boost I usually frequent on Washington Street is closed. This one was awesome. Took care of my phone being shut off, quickly. Hats off to the young man working there.

James was very helpful, was there 2 hours getting my phone factory reset and James and female coworker went above and beyond to live up to "customer satisfaction " 2 VERY GREAT people, keep up the tremendous job!

Boost Mobile on Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston is a great place to go for all things phones and cellular service. I like all of the services and features that they have to offer here. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had a good experience here

I went to boost today because my bf phone was stolen sat. An I had limited funds to get a new one an the worker there James uvs001506 . Was excellent help to me I got a phone an service continued till billing due . Thank you James your a rock star id recommend going to this store an ask for James

I switched to boost mobile and kept my same number I had and ported it over from straight talk wireless and the sales representative was very helpful and nice and made sure that I was taken care of and that everything was working and it switched over just fine before I left the store I would come back to this boost mobile store again for sure and recommend it to anyone who is looking to switch to boost mobile to check out this location for sure!!!!

Long trip in cold only to be told they couldn't help me come back tomorrow to fix there problem with my phone service that had already been going on for a week. Booo. Boost Mobile sucks!
