If you have a check written on them but aren't a member they take a % of whatever the check amount is for cashing it. Makes me definitely never want to do business there!!

Fees are too high when I was told it would be free checking as long as I had a direct deposit. However they don't honor Uber deposits,or Grub Hub , no fair. I make good money and have it deposited daily but that's not good enough for them. I'm taking my business elsewhere and so are a few of my friends.

This is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. Not this branch in particular but Truist as a whole is terrible!!

This branch is the most horrible bank I've ever done business with in my life..Walk in,no greeting,the folks aren't in the business of helping people generate credit through secure loans .They will never ever return a phone call.James Carter the guy with all the banking experience in there knows absolutely nothing.Told my wife to stop asking questions,very un professional. Lied to our face multiple times.Save your time and just do business elsewhere.What I wanted to get done in there,that drug out for a month,took Members Choice 20minutes to complete,start to finish.Avoid this worthless branch at all cost.I feel bad for the 2 nice lady's that wrk there.They would rather weedeat a bank for 3miles...Shame on you Carter.Shame on you..If I see you out and about I'll tell you the same thing.

We went there to get a loan and it was a big waste of time. They are NOT in the business to help anyone at all. We were lead on, not given the information we should have been given, we were lied to, told many times we would get a call and didn't. So we had so show up, TWICE just to face the loan guy and get answers! And when you go there you stand around with no one even acknowledging your there for minutes and minutes. This was days and days!! The loan guy, I'll save his name although I really shouldn't, told my fiance that I needed to stop emailing him with questions about the loan process bc he didn't have time to read it. 4 lines if a message!! Don't waste your time with this bank at all!!
