“I was in an accident and took my Jeep to another shop to have repairs completed. It ended up being a nightmare. Having just moved back to the area I didn’t know where to take my vehicle.After speaking to lots of people in the community the consensus was Drive Line was my best bet to address a failed repair and other complicated issues.I didn’t know Heather or Craig or the other guys before I took my Jeep to them, but they treated me so incredibly fairly and respectfully and cordially, I was blown away.After they examined the vehicle Craig gave me a call to explain his findings and we started to discuss a solution. He proposed a fix that’s common in rock crawling and hard core off-roading. But my rig is a lunch-truck set up for overlanding. I was concerned that the fix might not be right for my top heavy vehicle.Craig said “I agree, let’s look at other options.”The man listens to you. He wants you to be satisfied with his work and to achieve the outcome that you want. What a respectful and professional response.The product I received today is world class.I’ll never take my Jeep anywhere else, and if you decide to you’ve made a mistake.”

“This place was so super helpful! I walked in having trouble with a loose piece of plastic behind my bumper. The sales associate (I believe Justin) searched and tried to fit several pins to keep the plastic in place. Finally, he said that the store didn't carry the correct size I needed, but insisted to help by zip tying the loose plastic to my bumper. He was flat on his back looking under my car trying to fix it for me. Never in my life have I experienced such genuine and sincere service. I will most definitely continue to go here for help in the future!”

“Had to have a brake rotor turned today. The worker was very helpful. He was there by himself taking care of customers in the store, answering the phone plus turning the rotor for me. He done an awesome.job but you would think a business like this would have at least 2 workers at all times. This guy was going non stop and never complained. Hats off to him but the company should be ashamed to make a worker work by himself on a Sunday.”
“They pulled my replacement axle from out of the creek bed and under mud. Now it needs to be taken completely apart and cleaned out and rebuild it. For the price I should have got one from California and it would be a rebuilt rear axle for about the same price. It was raining and they don't work in the rain. They take the day off. I had to wait for 4 days to get my axle I already paid for up front. And I got a shifty axle that the emergency brake and covers were rusted away and for the price and the wait I should have had it shipped from California. I would've been more pleased with it.”

“I have been here quite a few times and to most of the auto parts store in the area. I like it because it is close to my location but ultimately the best thing is the employees. Every time I go there I have a pleasant experience. I went twice today to fix a lawnmower and Pat shipped with me and literally took my around the store to grab everything I needed. She is more knowledgeable about these things than me and that is another reason I like the store because there are women who know more than men when it comes to cars and three of them work here. They took my batteries back even the ones that aren’t the usual ones, they still were able to recycle it for me. I will be back for sure. Highly recommended.”
