Okay service! Replacing my window was not the issue but left shattered glass all over the inside of my vehicle, spoke with several other customers that used this company to get their windshields replaced & was told they do clean out the broken glass!

Excellent service with the exception of the call service ask to speak to some specific person and they want to know what when and where ! When a specific person is ask for suggest the service accommodates the customer without all the questions !

In the middle of moving states, my car passenger side window was shattered due to vandalism. Insurance automatically goes to Safelite but they couldn’t get help me before I had to leave (I called Saturday, earliest they could assist was Thursday). Reached out to AGN and they were able to assist in less than 48 hours (I called Saturday and they could have seen me Monday, but I was set to leave Tuesday). Window fixed in about 20 minutes on Tuesday! They were so great!

The installer jim joyce was polite kind and had the customers best interest the lady in the charleston wv office courtney was very respectfull and undrestanding if you need glass then auto glass now will be there exspecially older car

I used the went online and did a quote for my windshield and the quote said $129.00. I called to make sure that was correct and was quoted $270. That is way off. They either need to do away with online quoting, or fix the system to wheee it gives a closer estimate.

So far everything looks good, may have taken him about 30 minutes wasn’t very long. Unfortunately, though, I did find a couple glass pieces in my seat, and a razor blade was left below the glass on the outside of the car

They broke my windshield in my other truck I was gonna use so I had to pay 400 for a new windshield so in total cost over 600 for my windshield replacement when it should of only been 200

I arrived at about 15 til 10 ( my appointment was at 10 ) and was met with very friendly face who got my information and went right to work on my replacement. The installer took about 35 minutes to replace my windshield. He explained to me not to remove the tape for 24 hrs and don't go thru a car wash for about a week. Then when I went in to pay for it the Friendly Lady reminded me of the tape and no car wash for a week. I appreciated them very much. ~A 5 star rating~
