This review is long overdue since I bought my wife a CPO Volvo XC60 Inscription during the pandemic. Astorg delivered the car out of state and we immediately found a small dent on the front end near the hood that they promised to repair but never have. I have followed up repeatedly over the years. Talked to several people who found the documentation indicating that they were responsible for the repair. They requested photos, which were provided yet they still will not follow through to honor the agreement. The Used Car Manager at the time, Landon gave me his personal cell phone number and said that he would take care of it, but never has. Therefore, I would be very careful about purchasing a vehicle from them unless you are local.
UPDATE: I immediately emailed the address below as requested. Again, NO response from the dealer after almost a week. So, the answer is YES, this IS your 'normal standard!'
UPDATE #2: Astorg reached out to me and has gone above and beyond to make things right and have resolved all issues. They exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others.

Receptionist was super sweet. Had my call redirected to some guy so I could ask a question she couldn’t answer and the dude was short with us, rude, and hung up the phone on us unprovoked. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or something but that was totally uncalled for. Not very professional. Definitely won’t be shopping here for my new car.

Superb! Mr. Steve Reese makes purchasing a vehicle all about you! He has went above and beyond with his kindness, knowledge, and supporting my decisions over the last 3 years! From the first luxury used car purchase over 3 years ago, to purchasing my new GLC300 today, and everything in between, Mr. Reese was there every step of the way. The many times I have inquired about different vehicles, makes and models, he never hesitated once to help. I am picky when it comes to certain things on a car and he was very understanding! In the end I got my perfect car for me. A huge shout to Steve, he even had my GLC ready and waiting with a beautiful red bow on it!
Everything was smooth and easy, from test driving, to financing with Thomas and lastly, Brad the concierge guy, who went over all the features of the vehicle and helped set up everything up!

The Astorg pickup truck towing a trailer on I-77S in NC today must not understand the concept of a passing lane on the highway. It was holding up a significant amount of traffic. Please educate your drivers on the laws surrounding driving in the passing lane on the highway.

Should’ve bought from Carvana or CarMax. If you are an out of state buyer I would tread lightly doing business here. Bought my wife a 2020 model x and the communication between the dealership has been atrocious. We thought we were getting scammed at first when we gave over our social and credit information and was ghosted for 3 days. Took forever to figure out when the dealership was going to ship the car, again had us thinking we were getting scammed.. When the vehicle arrived the frunk was completely in pieces and we had to assemble it with the delivery guy and my neighbor. The driver seat has damage and there is a stain in the 3rd row that was not disclosed to us until the car showed up. We got a quote to get the seat fixed by Tesla and my salesman basically told us that they wouldn’t agree to pay what Tesla quoted. So great..after being told they would take care of it for them missing that disclosure. We signed all the paperwork they requested (thinking they’d pay to fix the seat) and they never sent any copies of any of the documents. I’ve had to basically annoy and pester my salesman to get copies sent to me. Then realized we didn’t know who financed the car! Reached out multiple times to try and find out and with 14days left till payment we finally got a call back with the information. We were scared the car was going to taken cause we couldn’t find out who to pay or how. Now I’m just worried if I have enough paperwork to get the tags. When I bought my Tesla from Carvana I got a packet full of all the documents needed for registration and more. Here? Nothing! I have to ask, hope I know what I’m asking for, then hope I get a reply. Worried about being at the DMV all day and not having everything needed cause the dealership never sent me one paper on the car. All I keep saying is I wish I had gone through a local dealership or Carvana. Out of state buyers beware. My salesman was Jake Rollins..

Jason and Landon did a great job providing an excellent customer experience. Jason sent me a walk around video and went over ever detail with me to make sure everything was just as I expected it to be! Jason picked me up at the airport and I drove the RS7 home! Make sure to ask for him for you next vehicle purchase and he will get you taken care of!
