WORST STORE EVER . WORST PEOPLE EVER . I was discriminated because of the area I lived in , on the day of my appointment they told me they were not delivering my furniture because of my “bad neighborhood” so I was refunded. When I went for my refund the manager and front desk lady were disrespectful and were trying to not give me my money back until I threatened to put them on social media and have police involved.

Not bad people but the company did have a law suit before for selling there customers information... There was a settlement and everything I got a whole 44$ ?

The store was clean, and the salesperson was very helpful. They had a nice selection of items from beds to televisions.One of the things they need to work on is delivery. We got the wrong item, and now we're waiting weeks for them to come and pick up the old item and deliver the correct one.

Would give less that 1 star if it were an option.Customer service is rude, especially the sales manager. I was talked to worse than a dog, I was threatened to have my tv taken. I decided to return it this Saturday, the sooner the better so I will no longer have to deal with them.I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone!

Payed $250 down on a mattress 4 days later they said they had one in store didn't get the one I wanted so I wanted my money back at they said they didn't have all of it and couldn't give me part payment or go to the bank that if they got a couple payments in they would have it.

My experience here has not been good at all. The only good thing was the mattress I got is comfy but the headboard came messed up and stripped out .. so couldn't even use it.. got told well that's just how their used stuff is and that it wasn't broke ..I can't even be 2 days late on my payment even though I pay every month .. it's the weekend no banks are open and I don't live close to Aaron's.... But they can call and threaten me to pay right now or they are going to come collect??? What!! Never will I EVER get ANYTHING from this rip off of a place ever again!

Wonderful customer service and care taking with your products when delivering really appreciated that alot. Would've been 5 stars if you could get a hold of them via phone a little better

I have mixed emotions about Aaron's. We've tried to rent things on a few prior occasions without much success. Either staff, including management, was extremely rude or there was a month's wait to get anything from being told that they had nothing in stock when there was a floor full of merchandise. We needed a bed desperately and so we decided to give it another chance. I did not want to deal with the staff so I tried to place my order online, which was unsuccessful. Subsequently, I was forced to call the store. However, when I did, I spoke with an associate by the name of Jennifer who was eager to assist and provided great customer service. She advised that I needed to come into the store which I reluctantly did. But as nice and helpful as Jennifer was, the other employees were just the opposite. In fact, we arrived with over an hour before they closed and instead of being efficient at their position, the other girl proceeded to waste over an hour of our time and told us about 10 minutes before closing that they would have to finish it tomorrow. I was told that I would get a call the following morning but did not hear from anyone. I had to call several times to get the transaction completed. We are still waiting to see how the delivery goes.

This place lies I order a washer online 4days ago I've call the last 3days to get a delivery date but they tell me they have the washer but someone will have to call me back they never do I've ask about a bed I need they act like it's the end of the world if they even talktoo me mean while I got clothes mildewing while they decided to fill the order or not

I have always received excellent customer service here. I had an issue with a sectional that wasn't well made by the manufacturer. They didn't have any problems coming and picking the furniture up with apologies. They don't make the furniture. It was not their fault. Everyone at Aaron's that I have dealt with is very professional and customer oriented.

I love dealing with Aaron's and they have the best staff and prices.. those of you who are writing reviews about buying for a certain price and paying more.. they give you an option of 90 days same as cash.. if you utilize that option you can by pass all that extra $$ being paid out. So don't complain if you not taking advantage of your optionsKeep up the great work and services

i bought my bed from araons and is really good bed i did buy the sofa furnite from there too it had charger in it it did work for littile bit dont now but i paid every thing the manager wanye is a good guy to i will be back hope fully soon to rent more thing off them

They opened at noon, since they opened on Sunday morning 2 January I have called a total of 15 times and no answer the phone, granted I have an out-of-state phone number I live in the surrounding area of Charleston West Virginia.
