awful customer service i was hung up on multipe times in a row for asking if they have a certain product in stock and was only given an answer when i expressed that i keep getting disconnected

Unfortunately my dog won't have dinner tonight because Dylan "shut the register down" without notifying me that the store would be closing. When I brought the bag of dog food up to the register, I told Dylan I would be back as I needed to grab a few other things. By the time I returned, Dylan told me that he had closed the register and the store as well. He then let me know that I wouldn't be able to finish my purchase. When I explained that my dog wouldn't have food because it's the only type he can have with his allergies, and tractor supply is the only store that is nearby that carries it, I was told it didn't matter. At no point was I notified that the store was closing. At no point was I made aware that I was running out of time. Thank you Dylan. Employee of the month.

I went with my mother to grab a new bird feeder, and she went to make a payment on her tractor supply card. She didn't realize she had her card, and last time we went the cashier helped us through it without having the card. So this time we had a different cashier and she was very nice and tried to help us, but she hadn't done the payment without the card before so she called her supervisor. And I have to say that was one of the worst experiences I've ever had to be apart of. Not only did the supervisor not help, she kept making sly comments about the cashier saying things like "im not going to help you everytime" and when another employee asked her about another customer, she said "one second im trying to get (the cashier) to read". And other remarks of the sort. The cashier ended up crying because of the situation, and I feel really bad she has to deal with a supervisor like that. Yes I do know her name but I chose to not name her. The supervisor on the other hand better be glad I didn't catch her name. Completely unacceptable behavior when your employee is just trying to ask a question.

Some of the most friendly people and outstanding service I've ever gotten from any retail establishment. We stop then I was pulling a trailer and we need it some nuts and bolts and some other on items. They did not have the odd items in stock. But they took the time to find something that would probably work. You got me back on the road and I was able to get to the next trailer service area where I could buy the correct parts. Honestly I don't think I spent $40 at the store. But they were so concerned because we were way far from home it was getting late by the way I got that 10 minutes before closing time. They were eager to help. As a whole tractor supply company has been very polite and courteous and professional. These folks just went above and beyond!

Terrible store. First, Kayla was a horrible cashier. Second, Store Manager and Assistant Manager were great! So was the guy who helped unlocked the trailer!Issues with the store:Prices on trailer do not match prices in store trailer aisle. Over $200.00 differnce on some models. I was told at cudtomer service to ask at front cashier to purchase trailer and given the store part number for the trailer. 1:21pm I bought a few items asked (the cashier) Kayla about purchasing a trailer. She said customer service was mistaken, she will send someone to help me, I need to wait by trailers. She said pay for items in store but the trailer guy will be outside and will have a hand device to pay outside.Waited about 15 minutes. No one.Asked the other cashier and she said it is purchased at the front cashier, then bring receipt to customer service desk, ask for a manager as only they can sell trailers. So 2nd cashier rung it up. Brought receipt to the customer service desk. Another 40 minutes, and 90 dollar processing fee later and all the paperwork is finished. Cashier needs a lot more training and to know the general processes of the store.I had also inquired about the price difference in aisle and on product. Customer Service said highest price is always always correct, but she did confirm on the store website as well for which price should be correct.

I bought horse matts for my home gym. Needless to say, I am now stronger than an actual horse. The matts are cheap and protect my foundation from heavy dead lifts!! that way you can finally leave Charles Town Fitness.

Don't ever special order plants for store pickup. The plant I ordered arrived on Friday, and I couldn't pickup until Monday, I was out of town and picked up on Thursday. It sat in a locker without light or water. No idea if it'll come back in the spring. I called the store Saturday after it was delivered and was told I couldn't pickup untili received a pickup notice.Edit: I did call customer service and they refunded my money. Adding 1 star. I still don't recommend special ordering live plants for store pickup.
