I couldn’t get in touch with them by phone. I tried for days but no answer. Finally I drove over to them. To my relief & surprise, I got immediate aid to get my cats spayed and neutered.

My dog and cat went to Spay Today a couple months ago. My pets are fully healed from there surgeries and
Oh what a relief compared to their pre-surgery behaviors. Spay Today made it affordable; I am forever grateful for that. I could not have had my pets spayed for a long time if I had to pay the price that was quoted to me, over $600 for spaying my dog. Spay today asked me for less than $200 to spay my dog and cat. WOW!!

Truly impressive. Safe, clean, well-nourished and exercised rescued animals. Well maintained, spotlessly clean, and spacious buildings and grounds. Friendly and hard working staff. Best humane rescue site I have EVER seen.

Unsure how anyone gets appointments here when no one ever answers the phone.. I’ve left a message per the voicemail instructions but as others have mentioned, I never get a call back. Anytime you call the number no one answers. Would love to review actual services if I could ever schedule any.

I have been trying to get in touch via a phone call for >5 months now. I leave voice messages and have still not gotten a response. I understand that they have an increase in buisness but find it difficult to move forward with anything after no response over the course of several months of waiting.

I completed an application online and did not get a response. I called a few weeks later and was told all applications have to be completed by phone. That said, the person I spoke to gave me excellent information, took my information and provided my veterinarian with the voucher for the lower neuter fee. I took one star off only because of the website misinformation. The staff there are excellent.

Beware of charges that they do not tell you about, long waits to have your pet spade or neutered, and the vet adding unnecessary charges on top of it when you get there. Don't be surprised when you pay over a $100 on the phone when you book and the tgen again on the day of the surgery. It's not fair to walk into charges blindly. According to the vet it is Spay Today's responsibility and according to Spay Today it's the vet's responsibility. Who is responsible?? I guess that falls on the owner who has to dig into their pocket, you're not helping us get our pet spayed or neutered cost effectively if you are charging us a fortune in extra fees(presurgical exam, blood work, shots, pain medicine, other meds, etc.). Otherwise I would have gone through my own vet and had a shorter wait time to get them taken care of. I will never use the service again more of a hassle than it was worth and lack of communication is disappointing on both their and the vet's office.
