I love this place - its my first stop when ever I visit my daughter in Harpers Ferry - WE fly in from Socal - Ventura County and I cant wait to get your food to go and all the snacks - definitely ahead of your time - I only with you were in Socal as well :) I'll see you again in February when I came out for vacation again -

It is the scariest horrible place to go shopping, my family and I went to buy things when we were on our way to Luray Caverns, this was around 1:30 in the morning, we stopped for beer snacks and ordered food he started to say that they were not going to sell and that we had to show the license and children also have to show IDs which I thought was stupid when it came to children, but well, I sent my son to bring my license and he said see that's why I'm not going to sell anything to you guys which I didn't see the point when I told him why? If she was asking for licenses and she said oh no, no she says that a little girl came into the liquor place but the little girl was me lol I asked her to show the cameras... No, to make the situation worse we left everything there and left they are very racist, and we were the only Hispanics. That's how I took it and even the other clients were surprised and even said that this person was crazy.

Went back to this sheetz to tell them about the mix up and they were super nice about it and apologized for the accident and kindly remade my food I had gotten originally excellent customer service by both lady’s front counter and manager!!??

Visited this gas station today 02/19 and paid cash inside the store to pump. When I finished and got into my car I noticed that no gas was added to the car. I went inside and let the cashier know that the pump was faulty. She said I was not the first to report it so she called her manager. The manager said “ maybe it’s an older car and it didn’t read the gas right away.” I drive a 2023 not sure I’d consider that “old” so I let the cashier know to which her boss said that I had to come back in 3-4 days to see if I could get refunded as they had to get maintenance to check the pump before doing so. This establishment is a total joke. The cashier even told me that I was the seventh person today to bring it up. DO NOT COME HERE!

We did a moblie order, came in got coffee and that was good, did self check out because the young guy needed help and the lady in the back I assume was the Manger didn't seem like she was happy to help then she made our food....how can we order mto hot grand breakfast burritos and they are cold the cheese was not melted the eggs were cold, husbands sausage was cold in his burrito too much money to spend with other items in the stores to have to come home and remake burritos to make hot and she made one burrito wrong she made them the same one was not to have meat on it and they both had meat so one was put in the trash

Absolutely awful. I waited over an hour for my order and by the time I got it half of my meal was missing. Pretty pathetic job from the people at this particular sheetz.
