From start to finish, each Rep, "In house" and the delivery service were terrific. I appreciate the 2 guys that came this morning (Saturday) to deliver the adjustable bed and frame and everything. I know that stuff can be heavy. They were great to communicate with, Real great gentleman, one was a Vermonter, and the other is native to the area here. give those guys a raise lol. I really like this store.

Great until you let them know you have had a stroke and hospitized 3 months. And, they say they will work with you on your payments and turn you into the credit bureau. Once paid off will never buy from again. They don't stand behind there words.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was easy to find what we were looking for, and they worked with us choosing what options we wanted. They answered all our questions we had, and we were easily able to schedule a delivery that fit into our schedule.

My parents have had credit with Schewels for many years. I started buying from them over the last few years. I love the folks at the Charles Town, WV location. I would purchase from Schewels before I ever consider going anywhere else in the area.

Nice showroom and zero pressure, our furniture that we thought was out of stock will be delivered within a week. Leslie our sales lady, was very friendly and kind. Becky in finance along with the other ladies were friendly and fun during checkout. Definitely recommend and will shop again.
