Customer service was horrible. The guy that I was on the phone with didn’t know what tamales were. He was extremely disrespectful and was getting mad at me all because I asked if they had tamales. My dad just died today. And his favorite food was tamales. I wanted to eat them in memorial with him. I hate this gas station and I will never come back. And I hope any of you will either.

They have ethanol free gas which is always a plus.

Make sure they are paying attention to you when you ring out. I asked for $25 worth of gas, they punched in $35, while physically saying 25. The ladies kept talking to each other and didn't hand me a receipt so I walked out to pump my gas. Went back inside and asked the woman how much she charged me. She reprinted a receipt showing me $30. All three employees tried to blame it on the pump. When she pulled out the original receipt, it showed $35. However it was the pump's fault until I requested the receipt. Nice. I'm hoping the difference is back on my card because it may not be a lot to some people but it is to me. I guess the main problem, they're not even willing to admit their mistake.

Convenient place has a little bit of everything it's the only place and Charles Town it has 100% gasoline with no ethanol. The drinks are a little expensive in the store but other than that it's great but it's not exactly in the greatest part of town

Place is a bit difficult to navigate in and out of....also it has the feel of a corner bodega in New York as your enjoying the coffee u just bought for 3 dollars lol u get approaches by multiple drug dealers of$ering u up an od special ......sorry I'll go elsewhere

I go here all the time on my way to work to pick up an energy drink and snacks. They've got a wide array to choose from and the employees always welcome you and make small talk.
