Clean store, easy to shop. The Foodlion app is a nightmare to get in to get coupons and whatever! Couldn't simply change password through my email it wants me to call in! There's a chat of course it tells you to call customer service also ..why?!? Who wants to hold for a rep to get password help?!!

I moved to Charles Town WV last year in December. It was wonderful to learn that it was a Food Lion near me. What I didn't know was we had to drink bottle water; mind you my husband and I are disabled. My husband has always shopped at Walmart. There he had a hard time finding someone to lift a case of water, put it in the basket and put it in the truck. I told him I shop at Food Lion where the people are friendly and helpful. Well they didn't disappoint. Phil was the person who got our water , put it in the basket and put it in the car. Now when we go in to shop I see Phil and tell him how many cases I want and they are sitting up front waiting for me to finish shopping and you best believe he takes them to the car. This is why I shop there. The store is clean, the employees go above and beyond. Thanks Food Lion for not disappointing me! Here is an update 7/13/2024: A few weeks ago I met Bri another wonderful employee here who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help make sure my shopping experience here is satisfactory. Well done Food Lion for hiring people who care.

Visited on a Saturday at 2:30 pm. Was not overly busy. Store was clean and well maintained. Picked products and had no wait at a person filled checkout. Good experience.
