The older guy helped me and was phenomenal. We related on a few things. He was def good vibes . The Lobby is set up very nice. There's plenty of storage units and a variety of sizes . It's very well maintained.Climate control is an option.They have a deal going on right now first month free with c.c and I got a 5x5 and then there's also a certain percentage discount for every month after

Love the customer service by the manager Danny. However, I don't appreciate the corporate HQ increasing my monthly rental by over $30 a month. They know they have you... it's outrageous!UPDATE: It has gotten worse. They previously raised my fee to $175…now to $220!!! Saying the market supports it. But I can go online and rent a unit there for $109-$124. Same size. Another location in Charles Town is at $89 with 2 free months. Outrageous! The owners are scam artists (the workers there are awesome though). Don’t fall for their bait and switch prices if you plan to be a long term renter.

I had a great experience renting a unit here. The prices were less than other places I checked. I got an air conditioned unit with easy access. Staff is helpful and friendly.

If moving isn't stressful enough, and all the running round packing and so on the one thing that was painless bang on budget and kinda upgraded was my rental unit today ...the management team where extremely professional with a some humor throw in thank you for all your help today this UK British Brit will definitely recommend

I am giving them only three stars because they have raised my rates so that over time they exceed their current advertised rates, and they added an insurance fee without asking me (and I have insurance that meets their requirements on my home owners policy). I began renting there about 3 years ago and the price has nearly doubled in that time...As for the unit itself, it was generally clean and reasonably well maintained. The climate control always worked and I never had any security issues or problems accessing it.

I came in to get some info on pricing for some different storage units. The girl as the desk was very helpful and even walked me around the property to show me a few different storage units to give me an idea of what I might want. She even took the time to write all the pricing down so I would have it to reference later when shopping around. I didn’t come back yet but if i decide to get a unit I will most likely come here.

I didn't come back yet but if i decide to get a unit I will most likely come here.***Update***I came back a few days ago and rented a 5x10 climate controlled unit. The female that helped me when I was asking about prices was not there but the manager was. He was very nice and answered every question that I had. He took me to the unit in the golf cart to show me where it was which was awesome. When we got to the unit there were cardboard boxes from a previous customer still in my unit. The manager was very apologetic and quickly cleaned out the boxes so that I can start loading my stuff into the unit so no problem because when I was a teenager I worked at a storage facility for a few years so I understand how people just leave things behind and don't tell anyone. The manager also went to another building to get me a cart because the one in my building was broken. Great experience overall!

I stopped to office to tell them that I wouldn't need my unit after today as I am cleaning it out the lady working didn't even acknowledge I was there because she was on the phone talking to a customer about vacation in Savannah Georgia after standing there 15 minutes I turned to walk out and she says I will be right with I continued on my way my husband went back in 5 min later and she was still on the phone not to mention I called 3 times before coming here and got voice mail because she was talking on the phone.

Love both manager and new employee that assist me with my need for storage. Both were professional and very kind. Her focus was my needs. She helped me make the best choice. They also gave me the first month free! Not sure how long this will last but give them an opportunity to serve your needs. Thank you SSP God ?
