this place (pharmacy) is the absolute worst! script called in at 4pm. was told by automated call would be ready at 450pm. went there at 5 pm and they were closed!!! all day. called the cvs pharmacy 1/2 mile up the road to transfer script.?was told they couldn't transfer because it was still being processed at the store that was closed!! why do they have 2 useless pharmacies (CVS) within a mile of each other. they also have a drive through which would have been ideal for the sick and elderly. instead they have people standing in line of maybe 20+ deep!! after 20 yrs and this place sinking I've learned my lesson. pay a few dollars more and go to the local pharmacy!!good luck in this place!!

This place is so unorganized. Long wait lines, representatives that don't know how to help you. I waited in line first at the pickup area for them to tell me to go to consultation because I had my prescription sent to flowing springs and they were closed bc the pharmacist wasn't in. I waited in line behind a guy for 20 mins (no lie) who was trying to give his information, only to find that they already had his info in the computer and the whole thing was meaningless. Meanwhile, I'm standing there with the flu and fever. I talk to the lady, she says they don't have it and I have to wait for them to send a specific prescription for that cvs. (Not what the pickup guy said.) I call the urgent care as I walk away and they said they sent it 15 minutes ago and they should have it. I go back and wait in line again behind one person and she looks it up and says they should have it ready in 15 mins. I go wait in the car for 20 mins and come back to an even longer line. I finally get up to the person at pick up and he says it isn't ready. He also says he doesn't know how long it will take and that it could take 1-2 hours. I simply do not feel well enough to do this all again. After an hour and a half of going around and around I go home. I send my boyfriend back after he gets off work and they are closed, when they were supposed to close at 9. I advise to get your prescription sent elsewhere. It is NOT worth it

Made an appointment last week to get my COVID booster shot, Morning of the appointment I received a cancellation notice. When I called to ask why the appointment was cancelled I was told they could not tell me and was instructed to just make another appointment with them. Don't think I will be doing that.

Got my vaccine through cvs, the customer service here is non existent. I work in the healthcare field myself and I get that we're short staffed and rushing like crazy to get everything done. But they didn't even take the time to go through possible side effects, they didn't ask any questions at all, nothing, they didn't even say to sit for a minute or two to see how you feel. I'm definitely not okay with their lack of customer service and not going back to this location again.

We were visiting from Virginia and needed a prescription transferred to the store here in Charles Town but were having communication problems getting that done. We came in and the wonderful staff and pharmacy manager Russell made some phone calls and got it done for us. They were so nice and helpful! Best customer service we have ever had in a pharmacy and so friendly! Thank you for solving our stressful issue quickly and painlessly!Donna A

Pharmacy staff are helpful and answer questions. Store is clean and tidy. Nice and roomy compared to other CVS across town. Purchased mouthwash that was on sale BOGO and would have bought extra bottle had there been a sign on display. Not always aware of sales ahead of time. Everything I needed was in stock. Love the email receipt instead of worrying with paper. Drive thru is great feature here.
